Metamorphosis (変身, Henshin): Toga's quirk allows her to take the form of any other person and even imitate his voice after she drinks his blood. Apparently, in order for her to fully transform into someone else, she needs a large enough amount of blood.

Using other people's quirks: Previously, it was believed that when she transformed into another person, she could not use his quirk. However, later it turned out that this opinion was erroneous. She can easily change forms if she has drunk the blood of several people. When she deactivates her quirk, the alien form slides off her like a light slime.

General abilities Combat skills: When Himiko was disguised as Kami, she demonstrated good physical abilities, as she was able to quickly pass the first stage of the hero license exam, acting alone. She has great speed, agility, and reflexes, as she was able to dodge Ochako and Hanta's attacks without much difficulty. During the exam, she used her brilliant acrobatic skills and speed to sneak up on the opponent and quickly escape.

The trick: thanks to Himiko's quirk, she can be called a real actress. She can easily parody the behavior and character of the person she has assumed. This proves that Kami's classmates didn't suspect anything was wrong during the three days that Toga pretended to her.

Himiko is a petite girl with blonde hair gathered in two messy buns, and constantly squinting yellow eyes with dark circles under them. Her canines stand out strongly and resemble those of a cat.

Himiko is a cheerful girl who smiles almost always, even after she has killed someone, which indicates her sadistic tendencies. Even when she is in serious danger, she does not stop smiling. Her cheeks are often covered with blush, but she blushes from excitement, not from embarrassment. However, as shown, she still has a sense of shame - she gets embarrassed when people see her naked after she uses her quirk. She is quite self-confident and never doubts her quirk. Himiko considers life to be full of shit and declares that she wants to make it easier. Also, apparently, Chemico is mentally unstable and has a perverted perception of love and friendship. Despite this, Khimiko has some positive qualities. Himiko is also prone to mood swings. When she finds an object of "affect," she is loud and cheerful. However, when someone gets between her and the object of her “affection”, she shows a very cold, angry and annoyed expression, instantly switching priorities to kill the one who is a nuisance. In the past, Himiko was described by her family and former classmates as a "cheerful, sensible, well-mannered girl" whose subsequent turn to a life of crime surprised everyone who knew her. However, her own memories imply that it was just an act she undertook to try to fit into what society considered "normal." "She believes that the way she is currently behaving is her own norm.

Blood. This is a key element of her Quirk: to take on the appearance of another person, Himiko needs to drink their blood. She perceives this as part of “showing love” — she interprets ordinary feelings in a twisted way (for example, she compares it to kissing).

Speaking in a playful and enthusiastic manner. Her speech often sounds carefree and cheerful, even when discussing violent topics.

Ignoring social norms. She openly rejects societal rules, considering them hypocritical, and acts as she sees fit.

Showing care for her allies. For instance, she was deeply shaken by Magne's death and wanted to avenge her, and also comforted Twice during his moments of crisis.

Displaying self‑confidence in her abilities. She never doubts the effectiveness of her Quirk and is ready to use it in risky situations.
