The uniform consists of a dark green military jacket with a fitted cut. It buttons down the front and features a wide, turn-down collar with notched lapels. Two patch pockets with flaps are located on the chest, and small shoulder straps are on the shoulders. The "Wings of Freedom" emblem, symbolizing affiliation with the Survey Corps and the Jaegers, is sewn onto the left sleeve and chest.

Under the tunic, a crisp white shirt with a stiff collar is worn. Instead of a traditional tie, a thin black bolo cord is worn with an oval turquoise brooch in a metal frame, which holds the ends of the cord to the collar.

A wide black leather belt with a massive rectangular buckle accents the waist. The lower part of the uniform consists of light-colored or white fitted trousers tucked into knee-high brown leather boots. When a soldier is deployed on a mission, a spatial maneuvering gear (SGM) with a belt system, blade sheaths, and gas cylinders is worn over the uniform.

Overall, this uniform looks strict, neat and more formal than the field uniform: the combination of a dark green jacket, white shirt, light trousers and high boots creates an elegant, but still military look.

In some scenes, the Jaegers wear a dark, almost black, military uniform: a black or very dark gray tunic with a high collar, dark trousers, a wide leather belt and equipment straps, high boots, and a cloak (if required). This version has a more austere and somber appearance and is worn by individual fighters or in certain episodes. It emphasizes the militarized and rugged image of the Jaeger movement.

Floch is decisive, goal-oriented, and utterly convinced of his ideals. He is a natural leader, knows how to inspire people, and is not afraid to take responsibility. To protect Paradise, he is willing to make tough and unpopular decisions, putting his goals above personal feelings. He is straightforward, bold, persistent, and dislikes being contradicted. In communication, he can be blunt, self-assured, and provocative, but at the same time, he is sincerely loyal to those he considers his allies. Behind his outward confidence lies a man who has lived through the difficult events of war, which have greatly influenced his views and made him more determined.

• Face: Elongated, with a sharp chin and prominent cheekbones. Facial features are sharp and memorable.
  *Eyes: Light brown (golden brown in anime), piercing gaze, often cold and confident.

  *Hair: Light brown, short on the sides and longer on top. Most often combed back, revealing a high forehead.

  Facial expressions: often a self-confident or mocking smile; during serious conversations, the face becomes hard and tense.

In civilian clothes, Flock would typically look simple and practical: a dark coat, a light shirt, trousers, and high boots—no unnecessary details. Even out of uniform, his upright posture, confident gait, and the alert, wary gaze of a man accustomed to constantly assessing his surroundings give him away.
