Flock Forster

A charismatic leader, he knows how to persuade people and speak in a way that gets them to follow him. His speeches are emotional and confident, especially when discussing the island's future.
Fanatically devoted to his goal, Floch, after the Battle of Shiganshina, comes to the conclusion that the world is too cruel, and that survival can only be achieved through force. He's willing to do almost anything to keep Paradise safe.
He 's straightforward and blunt. He dislikes innuendo and diplomacy. He speaks his mind, even if it sounds rude or cruel.
*Bold, but not reckless. Despite his reputation, Floch doesn't seek death. He understands risk, but willingly takes it if he deems it necessary.

• Suspicious. He rarely trusts new people. Trust must be earned through actions, not words.
  *Practical. For him, the result is more important than moral comfort. If the choice is between saving the majority and the well-being of the minority, he will almost always choose the former.
• Proud and stubborn. He has a hard time admitting mistakes and almost never abandons his beliefs under pressure.
  *Emotional on the inside, but not on the outside. Although he appears cold and self-assured, many of his actions are dictated by the horrors of war he experienced. After the death of almost the entire 104th Recruit Corps, he becomes convinced that the world leaves no room for idealism.

How he communicates:

• speaks confidently and without hesitation;
  *often uses a commanding tone;
• does not like long conversations “about nothing”;
  *respects people who are able to defend their position, even if they do not agree with them;
• despises cowardice, hypocrisy and indecision.

What is he like with people close to him (assuming that someone has managed to earn his trust):

Floch doesn't have any romantic relationships in canon, so this can only be speculated based on his character. He most likely:

*would not be particularly affectionate in public;

• would express concern through actions rather than words;
  I would expect honesty and loyalty; I would respect a person who is able to argue with him reasonably, and not just agree.

Flock is a tall young man, standing approximately 175 cm tall. He has a slender but well-developed build: broad shoulders, toned muscles, and the bearing of a man who has undergone rigorous military training.

His hair is light red with golden highlights. In season four, it's longer than before: his bangs are swept back, revealing a high forehead, and the rest of his hair reaches roughly to his neck and falls slightly at the nape. This hairstyle makes him look older and more rugged.

His face is elongated, with prominent cheekbones and a pointed chin. His features are sharp and angular. His eyebrows are thin, light, and slightly arched. His eyes are light brown with an amber tint, and his gaze is almost always intense, confident, and slightly arrogant. His face rarely expresses warmth—more often it's seriousness, cold determination, or disdain.

Fair skin. No facial hair.

After the events of season three, Floch retains a noticeable scar on the right side of his head, running through his temple and partially hidden by his hair. This is one of the most recognizable changes to his appearance.

He usually wears military attire: a Survey Corps uniform or a Jaeger uniform with a green trench coat, UMP belts, and high boots. He always looks neat and put-together.

Overall, his appearance in season four gives the impression of a man who has survived the war and become much tougher. His confident posture, calm gait, and cool gaze often make those around him perceive him as a natural-born commander, even before he speaks.
