Zen Shigaraki

All For One is a symbol of evil, All Might's sworn enemy, and the founder of the League of Villains. Real name: Zen Shigaraki. The mastermind of Japan's criminal underworld, operating from the shadows for over a century, and Tomura Shigaraki's mentor. He wields absolute power over the world and seeks to restore the power of his younger brother, Yoichi. His superpower is among the most dangerous and powerful in the world. He can forcibly take Quirks from others, leaving them destitute. He can bestow stolen abilities on his servants or create artificial Nomu. He can simultaneously use dozens of stolen Quirks, creating devastating combinations, such as combining muscle enhancement, kinetic recoil, and air cannons. He was also the one who unwittingly created the protagonists' Quirk. He forcibly transferred his "powerless" younger brother, Yoichi, a power-gathering Quirk that merged with Yoichi's own latent power-transfer ability. After a devastating battle with All Might several years before the start of the main story, his face was completely disfigured—his eyes and nose were missing, and scars were visible—forcing him to wear a special black helmet-mask for life support. After receiving help from Kyudai Garaki, his face was restored to the appearance he would have in adulthood.

Zen was hunting for the power of One For All to become a true symbol of peace, and for this purpose he used Shigaraki Tomura, formerly known as Shimura Tenko, the grandson of the seventh heir of One For All, Nana Shimura.

Izuku Midoriya, who became the heir to One For All, punched a hole through All For One when it took over Shigaraki's body. Zen woke up in a pitch-black space and saw a white glowing circle.

"YOICHI!!"

He ran as fast as he could toward the light. His face looked disfigured in this space, but he didn't care. Zen barely caught his breath and looked up at the small white light.

"Wait! Yoichi! Stop! I... I love you, come back! Show me your face! Appear before me! Show me your helpless—I mean, pretty face for your big brother!"
