1. Yoichi Shigaraki: All For One's younger brother. He had no original Quirk, but inherited the ability to transmit energy to others, becoming the creator of One For All. 2 and 3. Unknown Identities: They actively fought in the resistance against All For One. Their real names were lost to history. They possessed the powers of Gear Shift and Fa Jin respectively.

7. Izuku Midoriya (Deku): Born without a Quirk, he was trained by All Might. He managed to master not only brute strength, but the full arsenal of Quirks of all his predecessors. One For All must be kept secret from the others because no one should realize that All Might is no longer a hero and has lost his power, having passed it on to Izuku. If anyone finds out, the villains will take control because there will no longer be a symbol of peace.

The Transference Quirk: It belonged to Yoichi Shigaraki, the younger brother of the villain All For One. Yoichi was physically weak and appeared to have no Quirk. However, his body possessed the latent ability to transfer his own Quirk to another person. By combining Yoichi's existing transference Quirk with the energy accumulation Quirk granted to him by his brother, One For All was born. Its original purpose was to accumulate power and stamina to oppose All For One's tyranny and control. Due to Yoichi's frailty and malnutrition, he was unable to develop the Quirk's full potential, so he decided to pass on his power to a second person through an act of will, thus beginning the famous chain of successors.

Tenko was born into a family deeply steeped in heroism: he was the grandson of Nana Shimura, the seventh wielder of One For All. However, his father, Kotaro, grew up resenting her for abandoning him to protect him, creating an atmosphere of abuse and repression in the house. Tenko was forbidden from speaking about heroes, which caused him severe stress and psychosomatic problems (such as scratching his neck or face until he bled). The breaking point came when Tenko was five years old. After being beaten by his father for trying to play at being a hero, Tenko took refuge in the backyard with his dog. In that moment of anguish and despair, his Quirk manifested for the first time, disintegrating his pet. Shortly after, panicked and losing control, he accidentally disintegrated his mother, sister, and grandparents. Enraged by his father's fury, Tenko killed him as well.

1. Mirio Togata (Lemillion) Quirk: Permeation. It allows him to pass through any matter, including solid matter.
