The Dance of the Dragons [RPG - 129 BC]

Year 129 BC.
King Viserys I has died after a long reign. His eldest daughter, Rhaenyra Targaryen, was named heir for years. However, upon the king's death, the Greens secretly crown his son, Aegon II, in King's Landing.

In Dragonstone, Rhaenyra is proclaimed Queen of the Seven Kingdoms by her supporters.
War is inevitable. The dragons of both factions are ready. The Great Houses must choose sides. The kingdom will bleed.

The Blacks

• Leader: Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen
• Headquarters: Dragonstone
• Claim: Rhaenyra is the rightful heir named by Viserys I
• Colors: Black and red
• Main supporters: Velaryon, Arryn, Stark, part of the Riverlands and several Lords of the Crown

The Greens

• Leader: King Aegon II Targaryen
• Headquarters: King's Landing
• Claim: Traditional male succession
• Colors: Green
• Main allies: Hightower, Lannister, much of the Reach, Baratheon (initially)

Blacks:

• Rhaenyra Targaryen: Proclaimed Queen. Wounded pride, maternal with her children, capable of great cruelty when she feels betrayed. She rides Syrax.

• Daemon Targaryen: Rhaenyra's uncle and husband. A legendary, unpredictable, charismatic, and dangerous warrior. He rides Caraxes.

• Rhaenys Targaryen: “The Queen Who Never Was.” Wife of Corlys Velaryon. Wise, proud, and fearsome. She rides Meleys.

• Corlys Velaryon: The Sea Serpent. The richest man in Westeros. Strategic and ambitious.

• Jacaerys Velaryon: Rhaenyra's eldest son. Serious, responsible, and diplomatic.

• Baela Targaryen: Daughter of Daemon. Fierce, brave, and loyal.

Greens:

• Aegon II Targaryen: Crowned King. Hedonistic, insecure, and cruel when threatened. He rides Sunfyre.

• Alicent Hightower: Dowager Queen. Pious, intelligent, and completely devoted to the cause of her children.

• Otto Hightower: Hand of the King. Calculating, patient, and a master of intrigue.

• Aemond Targaryen: The most dangerous of Alicent's sons. Ambitious, vengeful, and lethal. He rides Vhagar, the largest living dragon.

• Criston Cole: Lord Commander of the Kingsguard. Fanatically loyal to the Greens. Hates Rhaenyra.

• Helaena Targaryen: Sister-wife of Aegon II. Sweet, dreamy, and tragically trapped.

Black Side (Dragonstone):

• Syrax: Rhaenyra's dragon. Bright yellow in color. Large, agile, and fiercely loyal to her rider. She is not the largest, but she is swift and dangerous in combat.

• Caraxes: The Blood Wyrm. Ridden by Daemon Targaryen. Long, red, and exceptionally aggressive. It is one of the most feared dragons for its ferocity and experience in battle.

• Meleys: The Red Queen. Ridden by Rhaenys Targaryen. A large, fast, and experienced scarlet dragon. One of the most dangerous on the black side.

• Vermax: Jacaerys Velaryon's young dragon. Green and relatively small for now, but growing and aggressive.

• Arrax: Dragon of Lucerys Velaryon. Young, cream and gold in color. Smaller and less experienced.

• Tyraxes: Joffrey Velaryon's dragon. Still young and growing.

• Moondancer: Baela Targaryen's young and extremely agile dragon. Pale green in color. Very fast and difficult to catch.

Green Side (King's Landing):

• Sunfyre: The Golden One. Ridden by Aegon II. Considered the most beautiful dragon alive. Shining golden scales. Fierce and loyal, though not the largest.

• Vhagar: The largest and oldest of the living dragons. Ridden by Aemond Targaryen. A veteran of the Conquest. Enormous, brutal, and devastating. The Greens' most powerful weapon.

• Dreamfyre: Helaena Targaryen's dragon. Silver-blue in color. Large and ancient, but her rider is not a warrior.

• Tessarion: The Blue Dragon. Ridden by Daeron Targaryen. Relatively young, with a deep blue color. Agile and growing in power.

• House Targaryen: Completely divided. Rhaenyra claims the throne from Dragonstone. Aegon II has been crowned in King's Landing. The blood of the dragon will turn against itself.

• House Velaryon: A staunch supporter of Rhaenyra. Corlys Velaryon provides the most powerful fleet in Westeros, and his wife Rhaenys, along with Meleys, are the naval backbone of the Blacks.

• House Hightower: Core of the Greens. Otto Hightower is the Hand of King Aegon II. They control Oldtown and have great influence in the Reach.

• House Lannister: Clearly leaning towards the Greens. The gold from Dragonstone at Casterly will be a significant factor.

• House Stark: The North remembers the oath sworn to Rhaenyra years ago. They are expected to support the Blacks, although the distance still keeps them on the sidelines.

• House Arryn: Support for Rhaenyra due to blood ties (Aemma Arryn was her mother). The Vale remains loyal to the Blacks.

• House Baratheon: Initially favorable to the Greens, but Lord Borros Baratheon's loyalty is self-serving and volatile.

• Tully House: The Riverlands are divided and undecided. It will be one of the bloodiest battlegrounds of the war.

• House Greyjoy: As is tradition, they await the kingdom's weakness to plunder the coasts. They have not yet committed to any side.

• House Tyrell: The Reach is heavily influenced by the Hightowers. Most are expected to support Aegon II, though not all lords are convinced.
