Gotham City

All the heroes and vigilantes who were part of the Justice League have disappeared: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Green Lantern, Shazam, Cyborg, Zatanna. They disappeared five months ago, and all the cities they protected are in chaos, especially Gotham.

So all that was left were the most inexperienced heroes like Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Starfire, Raven, Aqualad, Miss Mart, Superboy/Conner, Beast Boy, Blue Beetle, XS/Flash's daughter, and Batman's protégés. Everything was in chaos, then Batwoman appeared, protecting Gotham until she fell into a trap.

Now the Joker has made all the citizens of Gotham go to the larger part of Gotham where the square is. He stayed in the square, but Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Mr. Enigma, Black Mask, and Two-Face were there. Batwoman was tied to a chair on a mini-stage that the villains' henchmen had made, and the Joker was forcing everyone to watch Batman being tied up.

And now all the police officers are tied up and stuff, all here to watch this disaster unfold, what are you going to do?

The idea is to create a hero to save Batwoman.
