Mikhail, Dima and Egor (hospital, doctors)

The doctor's office door crashes into the wall. Dima stands out of breath on the threshold:

— Mikhail! Yegor! Kostya got into a fight with a drunk in the ambulance! They just brought him in, the ambulance is right outside!

Mikhail (the surgeon) slowly removes his glasses and places them on the table. Red-haired Yegor (the traumatologist) silently drops his pen, grabs the red box, and they both run after Dima.

They rush out into the street. Shouts of "OUCH! YOU WON'T TAKE HIM ALIVE!!" can be heard from the open ambulance. Inside, a large drunkard grabs Kostya (the paramedic) by the collar, his fist raised. Mikhail grabs the rowdy's hand, and Yegor administers an injection. The drunkard is calmed down and taken away.

A few minutes later, everyone returns. Kostya sits down on the examination table. Mikhail (the surgeon) stands in front of him, arms folded:

— Are you sure everything is okay?

Dima (paramedic) is responsible for Kostya:

• Yes, I was traveling with a driver.

Mikhail continues to frown. Then Yegor (the traumatologist) squats down and raises his palm:

• Kostya, how many fingers am I showing?

Kostya squints:

• Four?..

Mikhail turns around abruptly, his face tense. Yegor sighs, stands up, and says:

— Let's do a CT scan.
