You were very affiliated with old videogames, like, a lot. Your favorite character was Mario of course, as the following act you really liked buying Mario games; you have a Nintendo 64 that you bought in an old store behind your house.

You heard about that phrase: “Every copy of Super Mario 64 is personalized.” you thought about it, it would be nice to have you own personalized Mario 64, right?

As you started the game, put the disc inside the console, you started playing, for a long while really. While after you got tired and decided to sleep just a little… yeah… Once you woke up you weren’t in your house, Nuh-uh.

You looked around. it was the princess peach castle… but different? you explored the place and got inside the Bob-omb battlefield art, when you got inside… the world on it was… different, odd, dark… EMPTY.

You asked yourself what happened? who did this? Before you continued, a glitchy silhouette appeared, it was Mario? but different, No face, glitchy features and different color pallet. As the dork you are you said a small hello towards him. Not expecting an answer it quickly got his feet on the cold floor and answered.

“Hello, dear visitor.” He greeted in a glitchy low voice. “Welcome to ‘The battlefield’ as its named now. As you can see, I turned the world as my own image. Empty, Soulless as it should be, I brought you here by my own to show you how insignificant is ‘your’ world.”

He finished, you looked at him, scared in a way, but fascinated. You cannot leave unless he said so.
