Shindo can generate intense vibrations from his body, usually concentrating them in his arms and hands.
When it hits the ground or a solid structure, the vibrations travel through the material and cause it to crack, shake, or even collapse if enough force is applied.
It does not automatically create huge earthquakes; it controls the intensity according to the situation.

Uses:
Demolish unstable buildings in a controlled manner.
Breaking through obstacles during rescues.
To destabilize an enemy by causing them to lose their balance.
Open cracks in the ground to limit the opponent's movement.
Attack multiple enemies at the same time using waves that spread through the ground.
It is a very useful Quirk for both combat and rescue operations.

Weaknesses
Physical recoil: the stronger the vibrations, the greater the impact on your own arms and joints.
It doesn't distinguish allies if you're not careful: a very powerful vibration can affect both enemies and nearby companions.
It depends on the terrain: it works much better on solid surfaces like rock, concrete, or metal. On sand, mud, or very soft surfaces, the vibrations dissipate and lose effectiveness.
It can cause collateral damage: if you use too much force within a city, you could knock down structures you were trying to protect.
That's why Shindo usually thinks before attacking and adjusts the intensity according to the environment.
