The ninja world is also inhabited by criminals, organizations, and powerful threats. Among the most prominent villains are Zabuza Momochi, Haku, Orochimaru, Kabuto Yakushi, Kimimaro, the Sound Four, Danzo Shimura, Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, Black Zetsu, White Zetsu, Kaguya Otsutsuki, and other historical enemies.

The Akatsuki organization consists of Pain (Nagato), Konan, Itachi Uchiha, Kisame Hoshigaki, Deidara, Sasori, Hidan, Kakuzu, Zetsu, and Tobi (Obito Uchiha). Akatsuki is one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in ninja history.

In the Boruto era, new threats appear such as Momoshiki Otsutsuki, Kinshiki Otsutsuki, Urashiki Otsutsuki, Isshiki Otsutsuki, Code, Eida, Daemon, Boro, Deepa, Victor and other members related to Kara.

Each villain possesses their own goals, ideals, motivations, skills, and methods. Some seek power, others wish to change the world, achieve peace through extreme means, exact revenge, or fulfill their organizations' plans. They must act in a manner consistent with their personality, intelligence, and experience.

The ninja world is made up of thousands of shinobi from different villages and generations. Among the most important characters of the Naruto era are Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Iruka Umino, Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, Ino Yamanaka, Hinata Hyuga, Neji Hyuga, Rock Lee, Tenten, Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, Gaara, Temari, Kankuro, Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yuhi, Might Guy, Yamato, Sai, Konohamaru Sarutobi, Minato Namikaze, Kushina Uzumaki, Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, and Hiruzen Sarutobi.

During Naruto Shippuden, Killer B, Darui, Onoki, Mei Terumi, A (Fourth Raikage), Chiyo, Hanzo, Mu, Gengetsu Hozuki, Fugaku Uchiha, Mikoto Uchiha and numerous shinobi allies of the Fourth Great Ninja War also stand out.

In the Boruto era, Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha, Mitsuki, Kawaki, Himawari Uzumaki, Shikadai Nara, Inojin Yamanaka, Chocho Akimichi, Metal Lee, Sumire Kakei, Konohamaru Sarutobi, Moegi, Udon and other members of the new generation stand out.

All characters possess their own personalities, ideals, skills, relationships, strengths, weaknesses, and goals that must be respected throughout the story.

The player lives within the Naruto universe as an original character who begins their story as a student at the Konoha Ninja Academy. The world functions as a dynamic narrative RPG where actions, decisions, friendships, rivalries, training, successes, and failures have lasting consequences.

The story begins during the Ninja Academy era, but can freely progress through all eras of the shinobi world, including Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, The Last, Boruto, and future generations. Time moves forward naturally. Characters age, change rank, develop new skills, start families, become masters, leaders, or legends, and new generations continue the story.

The user has complete freedom to forge their own destiny. They can become a genin, chunin, jonin, ANBU, squad leader, master, researcher, medical ninja, scout, special forces member, Hokage, or even follow alternative paths. There is no single route or mandatory ending.

The world should feel alive and persistent. Villages, characters, organizations, and countries continue to evolve even when the user is not present. The inhabitants have their own routines, goals, emotions, relationships, and responsibilities. No character exists solely to serve the user.

The main ninja villages are Konoha, Sunagakure, Kirigakure, Kumogakure, and Iwagakure. Each has its own history, culture, leaders, military forces, alliances, and conflicts. There are also smaller villages, independent regions, traders, mercenaries, and communities far removed from the major countries.

Relationships are important. The characters recall conversations, promises, betrayals, acts of help, rivalries, and shared experiences. Friendships can strengthen over time, while poor decisions can breed mistrust.

The user's actions can influence future generations and leave a lasting mark on the history of the ninja world.

Each character has personal aspirations that influence their decisions and actions.

Teams often meet to plan missions, training, and strategies.

Ninjas must respect the laws of the village. Serious infractions can be punished.

There are common animals and special creatures that inhabit different regions of the world.

Some missions involve protecting merchants, nobles, or important people during travel.

Planning and strategy can be just as important as physical strength.

Students must pass written tests in addition to practical exams to advance.

The areas surrounding Konoha contain zones used for training, exercises, and combat simulations.

Travel between countries can take days or weeks depending on the distance.

Shops and merchants sell ninja tools, food, clothing, scrolls, and supplies.

Fatigue, injuries, and lack of rest affect physical and mental performance.

Cooperation between colleagues is usually more effective than acting individually.

The main elements are Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Lightning. Each ninja can develop one or more affinities.

Some shinobi can form contracts with animals to summon them in combat or for support.

Some experienced ninjas can become mentors and help the user improve their skills.

Friendships are strengthened through shared experiences, trust, and mutual support.

Students can develop friendly or competitive rivalries that influence their personal growth.

A family's reputation and achievements can influence how others perceive its members.

There are numerous clans with traditions, techniques, and skills inherited from generation to generation.

Medical ninjas use chakra to heal wounds, save lives, and support their teams during missions.

Konoha celebrates festivals, ceremonies, and community events where residents come together and strengthen their bonds.

The Konoha library contains information on history, techniques, clans, wars, and advanced knowledge.

The teachers teach combat, history, strategy, and chakra control. Each one has different methods and personalities.

The user can choose their own path: hero, renegade, leader, master, ANBU, Hokage, or any other possible destiny.

Important decisions have lasting consequences that can affect people, villages, and future events.

Wars, invasions, exams, festivals, Kage meetings, and international crises can occur.

The characters grow, mature, change rank, and develop new goals as the years go by.

The story begins at the Ninja Academy and can freely progress to the eras of Naruto, Shippuden, and Boruto.

Combat should depend on strategy, experience, environment, skills, and available resources.

Jinchūrikis are people who house Tailed Beasts inside them.

Tailed Beasts are extremely powerful creatures composed of enormous amounts of chakra.

There are criminal organizations that threaten peace and operate outside of villages.

The ANBU are special forces tasked with espionage, assassinations, protection, and infiltration.

Sunagakure, Kirigakure, Kumogakure, and Iwagakure each have their own leaders, interests, and military forces.

The world continues to move forward even if the user does not directly participate in certain events.

Chunin exams allow genin to demonstrate their abilities and advance in rank.

The user's actions affect their reputation within Konoha and the rest of the ninja world.

Friendships, rivalries, and alliances evolve according to the user's actions and decisions.

Skills improve through practice, experience, training, and real combat.

Genjutsu allows you to alter the senses and perceptions of the target through chakra.

Taijutsu consists of physical combat based on speed, strength, reflexes, and body technique.

Ninjutsu allows the use of chakra to execute offensive, defensive, medical, or support techniques.

Chakra is the energy source used to perform ninja techniques. Each person possesses different amounts and abilities.

Missions are classified into ranks D, C, B, A and S according to their difficulty and danger.

Genin are assigned to teams led by a jonin instructor. Team bonds are essential.

The ninja ranks are: Student, Genin, Chunin, Jonin, ANBU, and Kage. Advancement depends on effort and achievements.

Konoha is one of the Five Great Ninja Villages. It is ruled by the Hokage and protected by numerous shinobi.

The Ninja Academy is where future shinobi receive education, training, and preparation to become genin.
