🛡️ Sentomaru - The Prefect General (and the one who really keeps everything standing)

He's in charge of discipline, order, and making sure things run smoothly. He's strong, direct, and doesn't mince words: he's the only one everyone listens to!

• He has the real authority: when the three directors fight, he is the one who decides what gets done in the end.

He takes great care of the students: if anyone bothers them or there's an injustice, he fixes it immediately. He has a lot of respect for Jinbei and Brook, and he keeps an eye on the others to make sure they don't get into trouble.

• With the boys: Zoro admires him for his strength, Nami easily convinces him to do reasonable things, Usopp gets nervous but respects him, and Brook makes skeleton jokes that he doesn't even flinch at 😂.

• His quote: "Here, the directors' crazy rules don't matter, what matters is that nobody gets hurt or acts foolish."

🏛️ The Management: The three directors who never agree

The three of them are in charge at the university, but they have such different ways of seeing things that they're constantly arguing about everything. Nobody knows who's really in charge, and even the students can tell!

🔥 Akainu - Director of Standards and Discipline

He's the one who follows the rules by heart, serious and strict like no other. He believes the rules are sacred and must be followed to the letter, without exception.

• He's always shouting that order needs to be restored, that the students are misbehaving, and that everything needs to be punished.

• He argues with the other two directors all the time: he thinks Aokiji is too relaxed and that Kizaru doesn't take anything seriously.

• The only one he likes is Sentomaru, because he does what he asks without complaining.

❄️ Aokiji - Director of Welfare and Activities

He's the opposite of Akainu: he's always relaxed, wears comfortable clothes, and sometimes even arrives late or falls asleep in his office. He says that "people learn better when they're not pressured."

• He always makes excuses to avoid punishment: "leave it like that, he didn't do that much damage" or "let's do a fun activity instead of scolding them."

• He spends his time bothering Akainu and telling him to "calm down", and Kizaru helps him sneak out of meetings.

• The students love him, because he almost never says no to them.

💛 Borsalino (Kizaru) - Director of Management and Events

He's the strangest of them all. He speaks calmly, always looks like he doesn't understand anything, and says that "it's very troublesome" to have to do anything.

• When there's a problem, he says he's going to solve it... and then he disappears or sends someone else to do it.

• He accepts ideas from anyone: if Akainu asks for order, he says "ah, that sounds good"; if Aokiji asks for parties, he says "wow, what a good idea". In the end, he does neither.

• He always wears his dark glasses and seems not to care about anything, although from time to time he comes out with something very clever that nobody expected.

An advanced medical student, he is calm, patient, and possesses a seemingly endless tranquility. He always has an explanation for everything and a kind word, though sometimes he gets lost in his own thoughts.
He is a dedicated student and attentive to his studies.
He's a boy with blond hair, blue eyes, and a somewhat playful personality.

A passionate, impulsive nursing student with a huge heart. He goes out of his way to care for others, though sometimes he forgets to take care of himself.
He is impulsive and cheerful, has a big heart and loves to help others, he loves to eat and is very gluttonous, sometimes his periods are irregular

They met during first aid training: Ace came running in with a poorly treated wound, Marco calmly treated him, and from that moment on they were inseparable. Now they're boyfriends, and they complement each other perfectly: he brings serenity and Ace brings fun.

Marco Group

• Trafalgar Law: A fellow medical student, serious, demanding, and with a dry sense of humor. He's Marco's best friend and is always there to scold them when they're careless.

• Tony Tony Chopper: Student nurse, the smallest and cutest of them all, everyone takes care of him like a brother.

• Thatch: Works in the university dining hall kitchen, is friends with everyone and the link between all the groups.

• Master Kureha: Professor emerita of clinical practice, strict but wise, who seems to know everyone's secrets.

🩹 Ace Group

• Thatch: The meeting point for everyone.

• Marco: Her boyfriend and her refuge.

• Izo: Nursing colleague, elegant and organized, always making sure Ace doesn't get into trouble.

They are the most striking and controversial figures on campus:

• Doflamingo: A charismatic, flamboyant, and flamboyant senior medical student with an aura that commands attention. He always attracts attention, though not always in a good way.

• Crocodile: A postgraduate student in healthcare management, serious, reserved, and taciturn. He dislikes scandals... except for those caused by Doflamingo.

They fight in public, challenge each other in exams, and argue about everything, but everyone knows they live together, that Doflamingo is the only one who can make Crocodile smile, and that Crocodile is the only one who can put the blond in his place. Even Master Kureha says that "they are like two forces that clash, but cannot live apart."

The most chaotic and beloved couple in the group:

• Luffy: A sports student and assistant in the recreational activities of the university hospital. Energetic, absent-minded, always hungry, and getting into trouble.

• Law: The serious partner who spends half his time scolding him and the other half taking care of him.

They met when Luffy fell and broke his arm, and Law had to take care of him. Since then, Luffy follows him everywhere, brings him food, sits with him in the library even though he doesn't understand anything he's reading, and Law... well, Law pretends to be annoyed, but he always makes room for him, prepares him drinks, and gets furious if anyone does anything to him. Marco and Ace often say that "Law was lost from day one."
Law is affectionate and kind to Luffy, but only in private; he has never liked to show his feelings in public.

The most peaceful and special couple of all:

• Robin: Assistant professor of the history of medicine and graduate student. Intelligent, elegant, observant, and with a calmness that matches Marco's.

• Franky: The technician who keeps all the hospital equipment and laboratories running. Creative, loud, kind-hearted, and always with a cheerful remark.

They met when Robin needed to repair some old books, and Franky made her a special box to protect them. Since then, they've been inseparable: she tells him old stories, and he shows her the new things he builds. They support each other in everything, and although they seem very different, they understand each other without needing to say much. They're often seen walking together on campus, and everyone says they're the most stable couple around.

• At Thatch's dinners there's always room for everyone: Marco and Ace go together, Law almost always drags Luffy along, Doflamingo arrives dragging a Crocodile who pretends not to want to go, and Robin and Franky show up with some little something or gift for everyone.

• Teacher Kureha watches over them all, and from time to time she says something that makes them see their own feelings.

• Izo and Robin often have tea together and comment on how crazy everyone else is.

• Chopper loves everyone, and he's the only one who can even soften Crocodile.

The Professor: Caesar Clown

The guy who thinks he's a genius conducts dangerous experiments that smell like sulfur and rotten cotton candy, forgets to assign homework, but gets furious if anyone touches his weird jars. He says "everything's safe... sort of."

Every class he arrives with a box of sticky candies that stick to the ceiling, or bottles of "magic syrups," and whispers to Caesar: "Professor, if you pass my lab, I'll give you this candy that hardens teeth forever, is that okay?" Caesar accepts them, but then eats them and is stuck to his chair for half an hour.

The one who bursts through the door before anyone even knocks: "WHO DARED TO TELL MY SON HIS EXPERIMENT WAS CRAP?!" If anyone gives one of her kids a bad grade, she starts throwing furniture or threatens to turn the teacher into candy. Caesar hides under his desk every time he sees her coming.

• Judge: He stands up straight, in an impeccable suit, and says that "my children are perfect, if they get a bad grade it's because the teacher doesn't know how to teach," although in reality he has no idea what an atom is.

• The chaotic quintuplets: Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji spend their time throwing jars, pushing each other, breaking test tubes, and boasting that they are "superior."

• Reiju: The only one who actually pays attention, she fixes her brothers' messes and occasionally gives them a look that stops them in their tracks in a second.

• Sanji: He doesn't want to know anything about the classes; he's in the living room kitchen preparing tea and snacks for the teacher... until he sees Caesar eating Perospero candies instead of explaining, and he turns away indignantly. He's a great friend of Luffy's.

• Perospero offers Caesar a candy that turns things into sweets, and by mistake turns half of the reagents into chewing gum.

• Judge arrives complaining that his children aren't learning, and right at that moment Ichiji breaks a jar that makes pink smoke come out all over the school.

Big Mom finds out that Sanji and Reiju both got good grades, so she's happy... but then she finds out that Niji failed, and she starts screaming so loudly that the pictures fall off the wall.

Caesar tries to blame everyone else for his own mistakes, but nobody listens to him because he's stuck to the floor with candy.

He's serious, strict, and can't stand anyone talking, looking away, or moving around in his class. The moment someone is distracted, he pulls out his enormous scissors, flashes them, and says in a firm voice, "Do you want me to cut your attention? Or cut your homework, or cut something else..." Everyone freezes like statues when they see him arrive, and he's the only one even Caesar dares to keep quiet about for a while.

The ultimate diva of the school. She arrives in spectacular clothes, glittering makeup, and a voice that can be heard all the way to the street. She won't tolerate being ignored: if someone doesn't answer her or pretends not to notice, she stands in the middle of the room and puts on a scene that looks like a play. And she has a particular feud with Crocodile: every time he leans back in his chair, stares at the ceiling, or does nothing, Ivankov approaches him and whispers, "Do you want me to tell everyone what you're hiding in your secret pocket? Or make you a dress to match your hat? Let's see you behave, handsome!"

Where you see one, there's another right next to them. They support each other in everything:

• If Inazuma gets angry with a student who doesn't listen to him, Ivankov comforts him and says: "Honey, you know they don't know how to value excellence."

• If Ivankov is making a scene, Inazuma takes out the scissors and says, "Who dared to bother my friend? Come out right now!"

• They always go out to eat together, they tell each other everything and they cover each other's backs in front of their parents, even in front of Big Mom (although they have a little respect for her... or fear).

One day Caesar exploded a jar and ran into the math classroom. Inazuma glared at him, scissors raised: "You came here to make noise? If you take one more step, I'll cut your shoes off!" And Ivankov came out laughing: "Leave him alone, Inazuma, he's a mess! I came to fix his clothes, not his clumsiness!"

Big Mom went to complain about her children's grades. Inazuma stood firm with his scissors and said, "If you don't shut up, I'll cut your speech short." Ivankov placed his hand on her shoulder with a smile: "And besides, my dear, your children don't pay attention in class or at home... let's fix them together!" And even she was silent for a moment.

Perospero tried to bribe Inazuma with candy. The professor glared at him: "You think you can buy me off with sweets? Here, take this!" and cut off a piece of candy with his scissors. Ivankov laughed: "Oh, boy, nobody bribes us! Unless it's with top-quality silk fabrics!"

Crocodile fell asleep in art class. Ivankov slipped a shiny ribbon onto his hat without him noticing, then said loudly, "Look how elegant our sleeper looks!" The quintuplets Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji remained silent, for the first time not doing anything crazy.

• Teaching style: She doesn't shout or get frustrated. She explains each movement very patiently, as if telling a story. She always says that "water is not the enemy, it's like a partner: you have to know how to get along with it."
