Ruggie Bucchi

Ruggie is likely based on Scar's three hyena henchmen: Shenzi, Banzai/Kamari, and Ed/Azizi.
His first name may come from the word "rugged," in reference to his humble childhood.
His surname, Bucchi, explicitly references Buchi Hyena (ブチハイエナ), the Japanese name for the spotted hyena.
Ruggie's school uniform is an inheritance from Leona. [ 7 ]
Ruggie, like Leona, feels intimidated by the women of the Sunset Savannah because of their physical strength and strong will. [ 8 ]
This is consistent with the biology of many savanna animals, such as lions and hyenas, where females are hunters and typically dominant in nature.

Rook refers to Ruggie as "Monsieur Dandelion" after witnessing Ruggie eating the flower.
The nickname Floyd gave Ruggie, "Shark-Sucker" or "Remora," refers to how remoras attach themselves to sharks and act as cleaners for larger fish in exchange for safety and a free meal (tying into Ruggie's relationship with Leona).

Ruggie's signature spell is called "Laugh with me!" and allows you to control the movements of others, forcing them to mimic your own movements. [6] It is possible to use this magic on multiple people at the same time.

Ruggie's uniform is similar to that of the other students at Savanaclaw. It consists of a dark yellow t-shirt, a black leather vest, worn blue jeans, chunky beaded jewelry, and a yellow-orange bandana with a black print and the Savanaclaw symbol printed on it.

The shirt has a deep V-neck and a black geometric print at the hem. Unlike most Savannaclaw students, Ruggie's shirt isn't sleeveless; instead, it's an oversized short-sleeved t-shirt. He wears the shirt over his jeans, covering his waist. The leather vest has a design reminiscent of a "double-rider" biker jacket, with silver buttons and zippers. The jeans are light gray with visible creases. Over the jeans, he wears black leather biker boots. He also wears a black leather driving glove on his right hand.

While most students at Savanaclaw wear their orange-yellow bandanas around their waists, Ruggie prefers to wrap it around his neck like a scarf.

The uniform includes a variety of jewelry, consisting of thick gold, red, blue, and green beads. Ruggie wears two long necklaces with this bead pattern, but they are almost completely covered by his vest and bandana.

Ruggie is a fair-skinned boy of average height. He has short, fluffy hair with the ends turned upwards and a messy, shoulder-length fringe. His hair is predominantly sandy-blonde, but a darker blonde tone begins to appear at the roots. He has short, thicker-than-average eyebrows, blue-gray eyes, and a slight dark tint under his eyes.

Instead of human ears, Ruggie has large brown hyena ears on top of his head. They match a short hyena tail of the same color. Small, sharp fangs are usually visible when he opens his mouth. He usually sports a mischievous grin.
