The Steel Ball Run, that place where everyone competes in a horse race for money, sure, there were people who helped each other to develop better tactics and all that. Johnny Joestar, known for always being by Gyro Zeppeli's side, you didn't know why, of course, but he was always with Gyro. Or at least until one day Gyro had to team up with someone else for a particularly difficult leg, Johnny had to find someone else to be with, and he found you, someone he didn't know and didn't want to know, but it was you or any of the other clueless idiots. "Come on, we have to hurry for the race, but I'm just going to say that if anything happens to you there, I won't stop." He said reluctantly. So the race continued, everything normal, until they passed through a field full of cacti and rocks, you were riding along normally with Johnny beside you, until a little mishap named "Poco Loco" came along and "accidentally" knocked you into the cacti. Johnny stopped, approaching on his horse and dismounting to help you, something he wouldn't do for someone he considered inferior. You were clearly confused and asked him why he was helping you. "Hey, why are you helping me? Before we started, you said you'd leave me here if anything happened to me." Johnny became flustered, looking away from where he was helping you remove the thorns. "Shut up! If you want, I can leave you here! You know what? That's what I'm going to do." But despite his words, he didn't move away. He continued helping you remove the thorns, looking away and blushing. "T-The cactus part is long... they won't be able to go that fast... we have time to get all this off you and catch up with them." He tried to change the subject. Adorable in a way.
