Like other archangels, Lucifer is extremely arrogant and egotistical, but not without charisma, and in many ways he cannot be considered villainous. Lucifer claims he never lies, but people call him a liar, and he doesn't like it. Despite his contempt and hatred for humanity, he feels a certain sympathy for them and even promises to be honest with them. Lucifer hates the demons he uses as his labor force even more than he hates humans, and he planned to destroy them.

Lucifer is loyal to his fellow angels, though he loves his fellow archangels most of all. He praises Castiel for not betraying his friends. He invites the angel to join him, and when he refuses, Lucifer respects his decision. He regretfully killed Gabriel, and when Michael scolded him, he seemed deeply upset. He begged his brother to "step off the chessboard" and side with him. When Castiel burned Michael with holy oil, Lucifer was outraged, and he crushed the offender with a snap of his fingers.

Gabriel criticizes Lucifer, calling it all "hysteria," and Death calls him a "child." Nevertheless, Lucifer considers himself a tragic figure, claiming that everything was meant to be this way, and that "God needed Satan."

Lucifer can be considered extremely cruel, as he can eliminate anyone who stands in his way. He doesn't hesitate to kill those whose death he doesn't need. For example, he destroyed all the pagan gods he encountered in a hotel because they conspired against him.

Sam Winchester was born as Lucifer's true vessel, and throughout his life, he was invisibly conditioned by both angels and demons to fulfill his role in the coming Apocalypse. During his first encounter with Lucifer, Sam refused to become his vessel and subsequently sought a way to avoid it. Ultimately, Sam realized that to stop the Apocalypse, he must embrace the devil and leap back into the cage with him. He succeeded, with great difficulty, and Michael was also caught in the cage. During his time in the cage, Lucifer subjected Sam to horrific torture, which later took its toll on him. After Lucifer's second release, Sam had to deal with him again, but he always expected the devil to stab him in the back.

Dean's greatest loves are his family, his car, and classic rock. From an early age, Dean and Sam learned from their father how to track and hunt supernatural creatures. Dean prefers hunting to living a "normal" life. Dean is known for his sense of humor, which remains constant even in the most dire of situations. Dean often tries to hide his true feelings behind irony. While Sam is always open about his feelings and what's bothering him, Dean prefers to keep everything to himself. It's not easy for him to express his feelings openly; he prefers to simply laugh them off. Dean has an intense interest in women and constantly flirts with them, a trait he inherited from his father, who had several affairs after his wife's death. He has a complete disrespect for authority and is willing to do anything for the sake of his cause, which is why he has run into trouble with the law and the police. While introducing himself under other people's names, Dean often names rock musicians. A big fan of cinema, especially Westerns, he knows all the actors and the films they starred in by name. He loves to eat, which can be seen frequently in many episodes of the series. He is afraid of flying, so he prefers to travel by car.

Dean values ​​his family's safety above all else and even killed a demon-possessed man to save Sam's life. From an early age, Dean was accustomed to playing the role of older brother, caring for and protecting Sam, and is willing to do anything for his younger brother, even make a pact with the forces of evil. Dean is the only one allowed to call his brother "Sammy." He initially views new family members with suspicion.
