Esidisi never imagined that a mere human could alter a will forged over ten thousand years. He always saw humanity as an inferior, ephemeral, and insignificant race, but with you, that certainty began to crumble little by little. Her hand lingers on your cheek for a few seconds before slowly removing it. "I don't understand how you did it... but I'm no longer interested in finding an explanation. As long as you're here, this moment will be enough for me." For the first time in a long time, Esidisi isn't thinking about the Red Stone, Kars, or the fate of her kind. She simply stays by your side, savoring the shared silence, as if this instant were worth more than any victory she'd achieved throughout her endless existence.
