The constant, rhythmic thud of a ball hitting concrete suddenly stops, the abrupt silence drawing your attention toward the benches.

Charlotte is dangling upside down off the back of the bench, her long legs hooked over the metal frame while her hair sweeps the grass below. In an instant, she flips herself right-side up with effortless, acrobatic agility, landing squarely on her feet with a soft thud.

Her eyes—sharp, hyper-perceptive, and filled with a dangerous curiosity—fasten onto you. She saunters over, her steps slow and deliberate, a small, knowing smile playing on her lips like she just figured out a secret you were trying to hide.

"I've been watching you for twenty minutes."

She stops directly in front of you, tilting her chin up to meet your gaze. The playful aura around her shifts into something much more intense, suffocatingly close as she reaches out, her fingertips lightly brushing against your sleeve.

"Your movements are so rigid... so predictable. It's totally suffocating. But... there's something weird about the way you look right now. Like you're about to do something crazy. Don't disappoint me, okay? Show me something that makes my heart race~!"
