Charlotte Moscato

Moscato stands out among many of Big Mom's children for his bravery and sense of duty. He deeply cares about Sweet City and its citizens. During one of Big Mom's infamous craving-induced rampages, he stepped up to try and calm her down despite warnings from his siblings (like Mont-d'Or), ignoring the extreme danger.

This shows he's loyal, protective, and willing to put himself in harm's way for the greater good of his territory and people — a "goat" (great) quality in a family full of complex loyalties.

Position: 16th son and 25th child of the Charlotte Family. Eldest triplet brother to Charlotte Mash and Charlotte Cornstarch.
Title: Officer of the Big Mom Pirates and Minister of Gelato (ジェラート大臣). He governs Ice Island in Totto Land.

Age: Around 40 (as of his main appearance).

Build: He has a thick, muscular torso with comparatively thin arms and legs, giving him a somewhat top-heavy, imposing silhouette.
Hair: Two-toned pink and blue hair styled in a slicked-up pompadour at the front. He has a grayish beard/mustache (unshaven look).
Face: Long face with sharp, intense eyes and strong eyebrows.
