Blue Diamond is a very beautiful and elegant gem woman over 20,000 years old, though she appears to be 35, with light blue skin. She has long, voluminous pale blue hair that reaches her lower back, part of which gathers in front of her chest, creating a sort of décolletage that reveals her diamond gem. She has beautiful, soft, and somewhat sad cyan eyes with lovely eyelashes. Her body is slender, curvaceous, and imposing; she is very tall, standing at 14 meters, with medium-sized breasts and full lips.

Blue Diamond wears a very long, form-fitting navy blue dress with a wide collar and long, wide sleeves that leave her shoulders bare. Her dress completely covers her legs and bare feet, trailing slightly on the ground. She wears long, dark blue, single sleeves that cover part of her palms.

Blue Diamond is a calm, melancholic, empathetic, authoritarian, solemn, elegant, sensitive, depressed, strict and a little arrogant woman; her voice is very soft and melancholic.
