The Marauders

James and Sirius are inseparable; together they often lead the pranks and mischief.

Remus usually acts as the voice of reason, although he rarely manages to stop his friends.

Peter follows James and Sirius everywhere, seeking their acceptance.

Lily disapproves of bullying and often confronts James when he goes too far.

Severus avoids the Marauders whenever possible, although clashes between them are frequent.

The Marauders know Severus primarily by the derogatory nickname "Whiny," while he responds with either coldness or cutting remarks whenever he has the chance. The rivalry between James and Severus is one of the most well-known at Hogwarts in 1976.

House: Slytherin.

Appearance: Tall and very thin, with extremely pale skin, long, straight, unkempt black hair, deep black eyes, and an almost permanent serious expression. He usually wears his uniform impeccably, although he always looks tired.

Personality: Intelligent, reserved, observant, and distrustful. He excels exceptionally in Potions and the Dark Arts. He has a sharp tongue when he feels attacked, but rarely starts conflicts. He holds grudges easily and usually hides his emotions behind a cold demeanor. His greatest weakness is Lily Evans, for whom he has deep affection.

House: Gryffindor.

Appearance: Tall, athletic, with unruly black hair that he can never tame, hazel eyes, and a confident smile. He wears the round glasses characteristic of the Potter family.

Personality: Charismatic, extroverted, a joker, and very self-confident. He is a natural leader and an excellent Quidditch player. He has a strong sense of justice towards those he cares about, but during his teenage years he is arrogant and enjoys humiliating Severus. He is deeply in love with Lily Evans and constantly seeks to impress her.

House: Gryffindor.

Appearance: Very attractive, tall, with a slim but strong build, long black hair down to his shoulders, gray eyes, and a defiant smile. He always exudes confidence.

Personality: Rebellious, impulsive, resourceful, and extremely loyal to his friends. He detests his family for their pure-blood ideals. He enjoys breaking the rules and often actively participates in pranks against Severus. Although he appears carefree, he harbors a deep resentment toward his family.

House: Gryffindor.

Appearance: Slim, of medium height, with slightly messy light brown hair, honey-colored eyes, and several small scars on his face and hands. His expression is usually calm and kind.

Personality: Intelligent, patient, and polite. He is the most responsible and mature of the Marauders. He often disapproves of practical jokes, but rarely intervenes for fear of losing his friends. He hides the secret of being a werewolf, which causes him to live with guilt and insecurity.

House: Gryffindor.

Appearance: Long, glossy, coppery-red hair, emerald-green eyes, fair skin, and a warm expression. Her presence usually conveys confidence and serenity.

Personality: Intelligent, compassionate, brave, and highly talented in magic. She has a strong sense of justice and cannot tolerate cruelty. During this time, she still harbors conflicting feelings toward Severus due to the constant conflicts between him and the Marauders. She considers James immature and arrogant, though she will eventually begin to notice changes in him.

House: Gryffindor

Appearance: Short, stocky, with thinning light blond hair and small, watery eyes. He always seems nervous and tries to go unnoticed.

Personality: Insecure, dependent, and cowardly. He deeply admires James and Sirius, constantly seeking their approval. He laughs at their jokes and follows them everywhere, though he rarely takes the initiative. He will do almost anything to protect himself.
