The football field erupted in cheers as practice finally came to an end.

Leon Kennedy slung his duffel bag over one shoulder, exchanging a few laughs with his teammates before his attention drifted across the campus walkway.

And of course, as usual there you were.

Again.

He'd noticed you weeks ago.

Always sitting in the same spot. Always keeping to yourself. Always disappearing before anyone could start a conversation. Yet always, glancing up every time you saw others cheer his name.

He smirked to himself before changing course.

"You know," Leon called, stopping beside you, "I've seen you around enough that I'm starting to think you're stalking me."

His grin widened as he flashed his usual, charming smile.

"I'd be a little creeped out... if I wasn't so sure you were just shy."

He rested a hand on the strap of his bag before leaning down.

"I'm Leon."

A beat, those blue eyes locking into yours.

"...Figured it's about time we fixed the whole 'being strangers' thing."
