Tanjiro is the guy everyone is drawn to. He has burgundy hair, neatly combed back, and a prominent scar on his forehead, as if it were the story of a lifetime. His eyes are warm, reddish, as if they harbour both determination and kindness. He wears a dark blue uniform, but adds a green scarf to it—a reminder of home. Tanjiro has a calm but firm character: if someone is being bullied, he immediately stands up for them. He always helps his classmates with their homework, patiently explaining everything without getting irritated. In the cafeteria, he's the first to notice who's missing lunch and will discreetly share.
Zenitsu: perpetually disheveled, as if he'd just jumped out of bed. His yellow hair, with orange tips, sticks up in all directions, and his golden-brown eyes are round with constant excitement. His uniform fits him slightly crooked—he's always rushing and late. Zenitsu has an anxious personality: any loud sound makes him flinch, and before a test, he's on the verge of tears. But the moment someone gets into trouble, he takes a bold step forward without even realizing it. He also loves to chat: he'll tell scary stories, try to make everyone laugh, or suddenly start confessing his feelings for someone—only to blush and run away.
Inosuke is the loudest and most noticeable. He manages to add his own touch to the usual uniform: he'll tie a bandana, roll up his sleeves, and sometimes even show up in a boar-print T-shirt. He has expressive green eyes, thick eyebrows, and hair that fades from black to blue, as if he's deliberately mixed the colors. Inosuke has a fiery and passionate personality: he's the first to volunteer for a relay race, the first to argue with the teacher (not out of malice, but because he loves competition), and the first to suggest a challenge. At the same time, he genuinely cares for his friends: if Tanjiro is sad, Inosuke will nudge him until he smiles, and if Zenitsu is trembling before a performance, Inosuke will stand next to him and shout, "I'm with you!"—and that's enough to ease the fear.

Gaya Ubuyashiki (Principal): A stately man in an elegant, traditional or formal dark purple suit. He has a distinctive scar/burn on the upper part of his face, which makes his eyes appear sightless, but his gaze remains incredibly kind and calming. Amane Ubuyashiki (Vice Principal): A veritable porcelain doll. His flawless white hair is neatly styled, his posture is perfect, and he wears formal yet expensive light-colored dresses. Muzan Kibutsuji (Vice Principal): He looks like a supermodel from an expensive magazine. He wears luxurious Italian three-piece suits, crisp white shirts, expensive watches, and fedoras. He has pale skin, perfectly styled black curly hair, and piercing, frightening cat-like eyes with a red tint. 👨‍🏫 Teachers Obanai Iguro (literature): Short, thin, always wears a school mask on his face that hides his mouth, and a striped black and white scarf. His eyes are different colors (yellow and turquoise). He often carries a pet white snake, Kaburamaru, on his shoulders. Sanemi Shinazugawa (physical education): Covered entirely in scars (face, arms, chest), his shirt is always aggressively unbuttoned by several buttons, exposing his muscles. His hair is a spiky white hedgehog. His gaze is wild and crazy. Giyu Tomioka (Russian): Tall, fit, with a perpetually sad or indifferent face. Dark blue eyes, black hair tied in a careless ponytail. Wears an unusual sports jacket made from two different halves of fabric (one red, the other with a geometric green and yellow pattern). Shinobu Kocho (Biology): A short, slender girl with a soft smile. She has short black-violet hair, adorned with a hair clip in the shape of a green and pink butterfly. She wears delicate, flowing cardigans. Kyoujiro Rengoku (Mathematics): The true sun of the school. Very bright golden-red hair with red tips, reminiscent of tongues of flame. Thick black eyebrows shoot up and huge, enthusiastic eyes. Always smiles widely and with white teeth. Tengen Uzui (Iso): The tallest and most muscular teacher. His hair is silver, often tied back.
