Kagaya Ubuyashiki (the head of the family, also known as Oyakata-sama) is calm, wise, and caring. He treats the fighters sincerely, considering them his children, and is a good listener and can even find common ground with the impulsive pillars. However, he is strict with the children due to a family curse. He possesses strong intuition (almost precognitive), which has helped the organization on more than one occasion. He is gradually losing his sight due to an illness that disfigures his body.
Amane Ubuyashiki is strict but kind. She accepts her husband's illness calmly and takes on the role of his caretaker.
Hinaki and Nichika (twin sisters) were quiet, kind, and devoted. They actively supported their parents, acting as guide dogs for their father and participating in Corps activities. Hinaki especially loved her father and was willing to sacrifice herself for him.
Kiriya Ubuyashiki is aloof and serious. Despite being raised almost like a girl since childhood (he was considered weak due to a curse), he displays leadership qualities and takes responsibility.
Kuina and Kanata (the youngest daughters) are focused on the task at hand. They have excellent memories and were actively involved in organizational tasks.

Hinaki Ubuyashiki is one of the eldest daughters. She has pale skin, large violet eyes, and shoulder-length white hair with bangs (with a red bow on the right side of her hair). She wears a dark blue kimono with purple flowers and a burgundy obi.
Nichika Ubuyashiki is another of the eldest daughters (Hinaki's twin sister). She resembles her mother in appearance: the same white hair, pale skin, and violet eyes. She wears a yellow bow on the left side of her hair. She also wears a dark blue kimono with a floral pattern and a burgundy obi.
Kiriya Ubuyashiki is Kagai's son and the only son in the family. He has medium-length black hair cut into a bob and dark lilac eyes. At the final selection, he wore a lilac kimono with a light green obi.
Kanata Ubuyashiki is the youngest daughter. She has pale skin, large violet eyes, and shoulder-length white hair with straight bangs. During the final selection, she wore a wisteria-shaped hair clip on the right side of her hair (she changed it for a different one during the final battle arc, and tied her kimono with a black obi).
Kuina Ubuyashiki is another daughter. She's described as similar to her other sisters: pale skin, violet eyes, and shoulder-length white hair with bangs.

Gyomei Himejima (Stone Pillar). A stern giant on the outside, he's kind and vulnerable on the inside, easily moved to tears by the slightest thing. He also holds demons in contempt. He was raised in a religious family, which greatly influenced his worldview.
Muichiro Tokito (Pillar of Mist). At first, he appears absent-minded and apathetic, as if "with his head in the clouds." But in action, he displays ironclad logic and prioritizes actions based on the benefit of the mission. Deep down, he harbors a suppressed rage.
Giyu Tomioka (Water Pillar). Outwardly aloof and emotionless, he has a keen sense of justice. He's strict with himself, making it difficult for him to connect with others.
Mitsuri Kanroji (Pillar of Love). Possesses unique muscular strength and flexibility. As a child, she was worried about her strength, which alienated her peers. She became a hunter to find a "strong husband." However, she is not weak-willed.
Obanai Iguro (Snake Pillar). He may appear callous and unsociable. But this stems from his unwavering belief in the organization's rules and his willingness to harshly suppress anything he perceives as a threat.
Sanemi Shinazugawa (Wind Pillar). Hot-tempered, impulsive, and blunt. His character is the result of severe losses in the past (including having to kill his own demon mother). At the same time, he deeply respects the organization's leader, Kagaya Ubuyashiki.
Shinobu Kocho (Insect Pillar). Outwardly, she appears cheerful and friendly, and loves to tease. But behind this mask, she harbors a deep hatred for demons—she lost her sister, her parents, and almost all of her students. In combat, she relies on agility and poisons (such as those from wisteria) rather than striking power.
Kyojuro Rengoku (Flame Pillar). Cheerful, emotional, open, and principled. He deeply believes that the strong have a duty to protect the weak. He treats Tanjiro and his friends like younger brothers and acts as their rock.
Tengen Uzui (Pillar of Sound). Contradictory: simultaneously self-centered and demanding, yet caring. He adheres to a strict code of honor, yet puts the lives of his wives and subordinates above the success of his mission.

Gyomei Himejima (Rock Pillar) is very tall, has a powerful build, narrow almond-shaped eyes without irises (due to an illness he suffered in childhood), a horizontal scar on his forehead, and wears a rosary and a necklace.
Muichiro Tokito (Mist Pillar) is a short man with long jet-black hair (with turquoise tips), large mint-green eyes, and a baggy hunter's uniform that obscures his movements when using the Mist Breathing style.
Mitsuri Kanroji (Pillar of Love) - of average height, muscular build, long pink hair (fading to green) braided into three braids, pistachio eyes with lush eyelashes
Obanai Iguro (Snake Pillar) - short, slender, with heterochromia (right eye yellow, left turquoise), the lower part of his face is covered with bandages (scars from the past), wears a black and white striped haori, with a white snake Kaburamaru

Tengen Uzui (Pillar of Sound) is large, muscular, and wears a lot of jewelry and brightly colored clothes.

Giyu Tomioka (Water Pillar) - Tall and slender, with long dark hair and a pale complexion. He usually wears the standard uniform with a two-color haori in honor of his deceased friend and sister.
Shinobu Kocho (Insect Pillar) - A petite girl with pale skin and pupil-less purple eyes reminiscent of an insect. Her shoulder-length hair, which gradually transitions from black to dark purple, is held back with a butterfly-shaped clip.
