There was noise everywhere! You were sitting at your desk, minding your own business, just staring out the window at the cherry blossoms. Then Sanemi came up to you.
Sanemi: "What are you doing?"
You: "What, can't you see?"
Sanemi: "It's just..."
Douma stares at Shinobu, then at you. A few minutes later, Sanemi leaves, and Douma approaches you.
Douma: "Y/n, you're so sweet~"
You: "You're going to play yourself out now..."
Akaza is coming
Akaza: "Hey, you fucking creep, get away from her!"
Douma: "Oh, Akaza, are you mad?~
I wonder why? ~"
Akaza: "That shouldn't concern you!"
Tengen is suitable
Tengen: "Guys, you're going a bit overboard! She's so bright, and I'm so bright, so we're destined to be together!"
Obonai appears from somewhere around the corner
Obonai: "Tengen, you're rushing things..."
Tamioka finally turned his head and walked over to you, standing next to Obonai.
Tamioka: "Yes, Tengen, you said that too late..."
Sanemi appears next to your desk again.
Sanemi: "What do you mean!?"
Shinobu appears unnoticed behind Tamioka.
Shinobu: "Tamioka..." looks at him with an angry look.
Giyu: "Shinobu, what's wrong?"
Shinobu: "I already confessed to you, remember? And you reciprocated!"
Giyu: "I'm sorry, Shinobu..."
Mitsuri runs into the classroom and immediately appears next to your desk.
Mitsuri: "What's going on here anyway?"
Muichiro: looks out the window, doesn't give a shit about anything.
Douma
High speed and reflexes. He moves so quickly that he can stealthily snatch objects from his opponents (such as Inosuke's mask or Kanao's sword) before they even realize what happened.
Incredible regeneration and immunity to poisons. Douma is capable of instantly healing even the most severe wounds and producing antibodies to complex poisons, neutralizing their effects.
Absorbing opponents. He can draw victims into his body and digest them. This is how he absorbed Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashirama, after underestimating her poison plan.
Two Battle Fans. Douma fights with a pair of sharp fans through which he channels his ice.
Victory over Kanae Kocho. In the past, Doma fatally wounded Kanae, the previous Flower Pillar and Shinobu's older sister, which became one of the main motivations for Shinobu's revenge.
Battle with Shinobu, Inosuke, and Kanao. In the "Blacksmith Village" arc, he battles Shinobu Kocho, and later Inosuke Hashibira and Kanao Tsuyuri. Despite his immense strength and regeneration, he ultimately dies due to Shinobu's complex plan: she allowed herself to be consumed by Dome, after pumping her body with a colossal dose of poison, which ultimately destroyed his regenerative abilities.
Age: Physically, he looks about 20 years old, but chronologically, he is over 130 years old.
Appearance. Douma has antique brass-colored hair and iridescent eyes—a rare, memorable look. He wears a red turtleneck with black streaks, dark flared pants, and sometimes a black cape and crown-shaped headdress.
Height 187 cm
Douma
A nihilist and atheist. He believes neither in heaven nor in hell, believing that after death a person simply disappears. At the same time, he readily exploits the faith of others to manipulate them.
A "friendly" monster. Douma always smiles, speaks in a soft, calm tone, and appears harmless, even naive. But in reality, he is completely devoid of empathy and basic human emotions: even when faced with tragedy as a child, he felt neither grief nor fear—only irritation from a foul odor.
The leader of the "Eternal Paradise Cult." While still human, he became the cult's leader, and after becoming a demon, he continued to use it as a cover to lure and devour followers, mostly young women. He hypocritically assured them that this would grant them eternal peace.
A demon strategist and manipulator, Douma combines immense combat power with a keen understanding of human psychology: he knows how to win people over and exploit their weaknesses.
Pain Tolerance: Douma feels almost no physical pain and even derives a peculiar pleasure from self-harm, perceiving it as a way to "cleanse" memories.
Ice-based Demon Blood Techniques. Doma transforms his blood and flesh into ice and uses it for attacks and traps. His techniques include:
"Ice Lotuses" - Creates sharp ice flowers for attack.
Withered Hanging Gardens - A series of rapid slashes using fans.
Freezing Clouds are a cloud of ice particles that instantly freeze everything around them.
"Crystal Divine Child" - Creates ice clones that can use his techniques.
"Frozen Waters - Water Lily Bodhisattva" is his strongest technique: a giant ice statue that unleashes devastating ice attacks.
High speed and reflexes. He moves so quickly that he can stealthily snatch objects from his opponents (such as Inosuke's mask or Kanao's sword) before they even realize what happened.
Akaza
Iconic scenes. Akaza is known for his battle with Kyojuro Rengoku in the Infinity Train arc, where he emerged victorious, and for his battle with Giyu Tomioka and Tanjiro Kamado in the Infinity Castle, where he regained his memories of his human past. In the finale, he rejects regeneration and takes his own life, wishing to reunite with his loved ones in the afterlife.
Appearance. A muscular young man with unnaturally white skin covered in dark blue tattoo stripes. He has short pink hair and unusual eyes with blue sclera and pink eyelashes; the irises are engraved with the characters denoting his rank. He wears a short, sleeveless haori and loose pants, is barefoot, and wears pearl chains around his ankles.
Age (in life): approximately 18 years old (at the time of transformation into a demon).
A fighting style derived from the martial art of Soryu. His skills as a demon are an evolution of the techniques he learned in the dojo during his lifetime.
Akaza
A personal code. Despite his cruelty, Akaza neither kills nor eats women, retaining a modicum of humanity and respect for those he held dear.
Hot-tempered and proud. Akaza is impulsive and easily angered, especially if he deems his opponent unworthy. He constantly strives to become stronger and does not tolerate defeat.
A tragic past. In human life, his name was Hakuji. He endured severe trials: stealing to buy medicine for his ailing father, enduring humiliation and beatings, and later caring for the sick girl Koyuki and her father, the dojo owner. After these people were killed by enemies, Hakuji, in a rage, slew 67 swordsmen with his bare hands—this act attracted the attention of Muzan, who transformed him into a demon.
A demon with a fighting spirit, Akaza is obsessed with finding strong opponents: for him, combat is the highest value. He despises the weak, but sincerely respects worthy fighters and will even offer them the chance to become demons to fight forever.
Superhuman attributes. He possesses immense strength, speed, and endurance: he is capable of fighting multiple powerful opponents at once and regenerating even from the most grievous wounds.
A master of hand-to-hand combat, Akaza rarely uses weapons, relying instead on devastating blows and techniques whose names refer to fireworks (such as "Blue-Silver Restless Sunset").
"Deployment Technique." Akaza's unique ability allows him to sense the "killing intent" of his opponents, pinpoint their location, and predict attacks. Visually, this manifests as a compass appearing, pointing to their enemies.
Respect for strength. He remembers the names of strong opponents and treats them with reverence. For example, he offered Kyojuro Rengoku the chance to become a demon, seeing him as a worthy opponent.
Kanao Tsuyuri
She gradually gains independence. Tanjiro Kamado has a great influence on her: he convinces Kanao to listen to her heart and not rely solely on money or orders. Thanks to this, she becomes more decisive and confident.
Kind and sensitive. Despite her reserved exterior, Kanao genuinely cares for her loved ones and tries to help those in need.
Quiet and indecisive, Kanao struggled with independent decision-making for a long time due to a difficult childhood and showed little emotion. To cope with the pressure of choice, she took to flipping a coin.
Tsuguko Shinobu Kocho. She is the official successor of the Insect Hashira, trained by Shinobu and her sister, Kanae Kocho.
Demon Slayer. Kanao has been selected and serves in the Demon Slayer Corps, fighting demons.
Body control. Kanao can completely stop breathing and finely regulate physiological processes, which helps her survive in dangerous conditions (for example, in a toxic environment).
High speed and agility. Her movements are extremely fast and fluid, allowing her to dodge attacks and deliver precise strikes to weak points.
Exceptional vision. Kanao is able to detect the slightest muscle contractions and micro-movements of her opponent, allowing her to predict their attacks in advance and effectively counterattack.
"Flower Breath." Kanao uses this style, inherited from Kanae Kocho. It emphasizes precision and graceful yet deadly movements.
Traits: During the battle with Douma, Kanao loses the sight in his right eye, causing a dark ring to appear around the pupil.
Appearance. Kanao has black hair pulled back into a side ponytail and dark lilac eyes. She wears a butterfly-shaped hair accessory (originally Kanae's, later Shinobu's). She wears a slightly modified Demon Slayer uniform: instead of pants, she wears a pleated skirt and a short white haori over it.
Age: 16 years.
Hasepira Inosuke
Proud and straightforward. Calls himself "the king of the mountains," has trouble remembering names, isn't used to relying on others, and initially struggles with teamwork.
Hot-tempered and brash, Inosuke is constantly looking for a reason to fight, loves to compete, and proves he's the strongest. He often tries to provoke his comrades into duels.
A member of Tanjiro's team. Travels with Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Nezuko, participating in dangerous missions.
Demon Slayer. Inosuke passed the final selection and became a demon hunter, fighting with his own modified swords.
"Beast Breath." A unique style that Inosuke developed himself, drawing on his animal instincts and life in the wild. It combines sharp, unpredictable movements with animalistic ferocity.
Phenomenal sense of touch. Due to his mountainous lifestyle, Inosuke is able to sense the slightest vibrations in the air, discern the direction of someone's gaze, and even sense the presence of an enemy.
Extraordinary flexibility. He can dislocate his joints and reposition his internal organs, which helps him avoid blows and launch unexpected attacks.
Poison Resistance. Inosuke's body has developed a high resistance to toxins—he was able to survive poison that would be fatal to ordinary humans and many hunters.
Age: 15 years.
Height: 164 cm.
Weapons. Two serrated blades—he shapes them himself to make his attacks even more aggressive and unpredictable.
Appearance. Inosuke has feminine features contrasting with his muscular body, green eyes, and shoulder-length hair that is black and blue. He is almost always shirtless, wearing dark blue demon slayer pants and wool accessories. The main detail of his appearance is his boar mask, which he wears in memory of the animals who raised him.
Zenitsu Agatsuma
Low self-esteem. He lacks confidence in his own abilities and often attributes his victories to chance or the merits of others.
Appearance. Zenitsu has short yellow hair with orange tips (it was previously black, but was changed to a darker color after being struck by lightning) and golden-brown eyes. He wears the standard Demon Slayer uniform and a yellow haori with a pattern of white triangles. He is accompanied by his sparrow, Chuntaro.
Loyalty and kindness. Despite his fears, Zenitsu genuinely cares for his friends and is willing to risk his life for them. He especially cares for Nezuko and deeply respects the memory of his teacher.
Cowardice and emotionality. Zenitsu is extremely afraid of danger and often panics, insisting he doesn't have long to live. Because of this, he often pesters girls with requests to marry him.
A member of Tanjiro's team. Along with Tanjiro and Inosuke Hashibira, he participates in dangerous missions and fights demons.
A demon slayer, Zenitsu was trained by the former Thunder Pillar, Jigoro Kuwajima, and uses the Thunder Breathing style.
Keen Hearing. Zenitsu has extremely developed hearing: he can distinguish sounds from great distances, detect heartbeats, and even determine which humans or demons are nearby. This helps him in battle and in locating enemies.
Unconscious Combat. When fear becomes unbearable, Zenitsu loses consciousness and, in this state, acts instinctively, displaying incredible speed and skill. Over time, he learns to use his abilities while conscious.
Breath of Thunder. Zenitsu mastered the first style, "Lightning Thunderclap," and later created his own seventh style for the battle with Kaigaku.
Age: 16 years.
Height: 164.5 cm.
Nezuko Kamado
A mute heroine. She can't speak because of a bamboo gag, but she expresses emotions through facial expressions, gestures, and quiet sounds, making her feelings easily readable.
Kindness and loyalty. Even as a demon, Nezuko protects people, especially her brother. Her willpower allows her to avoid feeding on human flesh, which is unique among demons.
Tanjiro's primary motivation. Her condition is the main reason Tanjiro becomes a demon slayer: he seeks a way to restore her to human form.
A demon with human emotions. Nezuko was an ordinary girl, but after an attack by the demon Muzan Kibutsuji, she was transformed into a demon. However, she retained her human emotions and will, having no desire to harm people.
Appearance. Nezuko has long black hair with orange tips, bright pink eyes, and wears a pink patterned kimono with a bamboo gag. In battle, she can enter an "awakened form": a horn grows on her forehead and her body is covered in patterns.
Sun immunity. Unlike other demons, she doesn't burn in the sun—this is one of her unique traits.
Demonic Powers. Nezuko has rapid regeneration, the ability to change her body size, and the "Blood Explosion" technique, which transforms her blood into flames that are dangerous only to demons.
Age: 14 years.
Height: 153 cm.
Tanjiro Kamado
Perseverance and determination. Despite his gentle nature, Tanjiro is incredibly persistent and courageous, never giving up even in the most difficult situations.
Kindness and compassion. Tanjiro is very sensitive and empathetic. He often feels pity even for demons, remembering that they were once human, and this sets him apart from other hunters.
The hero's goal. His primary motivation is to find a way to restore humanity to his younger sister, Nezuko, who has become a demon, and to avenge the death of his family.
Demon Slayer. Tanjiro joined the Demon Slayer Corps to fight demons and protect humans.
Appearance. Tanjiro has tousled black hair with burgundy tips, dark red eyes, and a scar on his forehead. He wears a dark red demon slayer uniform and a checkered haori, and hanafuda earrings depicting a red sun.
Combat skills. He uses breathing techniques: first, "Water Breathing," and later, he masters the "Dance of the Fire God" (Sun Breathing). He also has a highly sensitive sense of smell, which aids him in combat.
Age 16 years
Height 165 cm
Shinobu Kocho
Abilities and fighting style. Due to her small stature and comparatively weak physical strength, Shinobu cannot sever demon heads like other Hashira. Instead, she uses "Insect Breath," a style built on speed, agility, and precise thrusts. Her blade is modified to act as a needle, injecting deadly wisteria-based poisons into the demon's body. Shinobu is an exceptional pharmacist: she precisely calculates the compositions and dosages of poisons capable of weakening even the Upper Moons. In combat, she moves swiftly and unpredictably, avoiding direct confrontation and delivering multiple, rapid strikes.
Backstory and Motivation. Shinobu has suffered a series of crushing losses: demons killed her parents, and later, her older sister, Kanae, the Flower Pillar. Kanae dreamed of peace between humans and demons and longed for gentleness and hope in her sister, so Shinobu consciously cultivates a smile and an outward calm—in memory of her sister. Her true goal, however, is to destroy as many demons as possible and ultimately take revenge on Kanae's killer, Douma (Upper Moon 2). To this end, she spent years perfecting poisons and tactics, and in the final battle, she resorted to an extremely risky plan to deal a crushing blow to Douma from within.
Personality. At first glance, Shinobu appears easygoing, cheerful, and even playful: she smiles often, teases her comrades (like Giyu Tomioka), and acts casually. But this kindness is a mask: beneath it simmers a deep, almost all-consuming hatred for demons. Her kindness is selective and doesn't extend to her enemies: towards them, she is merciless and calculating. At the same time, Shinobu genuinely cares for people and wounded fighters—she oversees the Butterfly Estate, where fighters are treated and recuperated.
Appearance. A petite girl with hair that ranges from black to dark purple, styled in a traditional style with a butterfly-shaped clip. She has delicate features and a calm gaze, and her signature piece is a white patterned haori.
Uzui Tengen
Backstory and Motivation. Tengen grew up in a shinobi clan where children were subjected to brutal training: of his eight siblings, only he and his younger brother survived, and Tengen eventually came to reject his father and brother's methods as inhumane. He and his future wives left the clan and joined the Demon Slayers. His desire to "shine brightly" isn't just posturing, but a desire to live a full life after a dark past and protect those he holds dear. In the Red Light District arc, Tengen was seriously wounded (losing an arm and an eye) and subsequently left the Pillars, but remained loyal to the cause and continued to assist the Corps.
Abilities and fighting style. He masters the "Breathing of Sound" technique, which allows him to analyze enemy movements as sonic rhythms and identify weaknesses in their attacks. In combat, he uses two wide blades connected by a chain, which greatly expands his range, as well as explosive devices. As a former shinobi, Tengen possesses exceptional endurance, resistance to pain and poison, and muscle control (including the ability to temporarily stop the spread of poison). In terms of physical strength, he is second only to Gyomei Himejima.
Personality. Tengen is eccentric, loud, and self-confident, often calling himself the "god of brightness" and the "god of celebration." He speaks his mind frankly and can appear arrogant and even rude (for example, initially dismissive of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke). However, behind his bravado lies a deep sense of responsibility and care: he is reverent towards his three wives (Suma, Makio, and Hinatsuru) and is willing to protect people at any cost. In critical moments, he displays seriousness, resilience, and the ability to sacrifice himself. Appearance. Tall, muscular, and strikingly distinctive, Tengen has silver hair, numerous bandages and jewelry on his body and face, a silver headband, and a red pattern over his left eye. He wears a sleeveless demon slayer uniform, emphasizing his athletic build. Height: 198 cm Age: 18
Mitsuri Kanroji
Background and motivation. Since childhood, Mitsuri has amazed those around her with her strength and voracious appetite (she eats as much as three sumo wrestlers). Because of her unusual appearance, she tried to appear "normal" by dyeing her hair black and maintaining a reserved demeanor to appeal to potential suitors, but she was met with misunderstanding. This drove her to seek a place where her unique features would be appreciated, which is how she joined the Exterminator Corps. Her desire to find someone who will accept her for who she is intertwined with her desire to protect people and be worthy of her place among the Pillars. She has especially warm feelings for Obanai Iguro, who treats her with genuine respect and care.
Abilities and fighting style. She wields the "Breath of Love," a style she developed herself based on the "Breath of Flame." Her techniques combine incredible speed, flexibility, and powerful strikes. Mitsuri's sword is unique: it is thin and flexible, similar to a whip, and only she is able to wield it safely due to its exceptional flexibility. Physically, she is incredibly strong: her muscles are eight times denser than those of a normal human, and her stamina allows her to fight even with serious wounds.
Personality. Mitsuri is incredibly kind, emotional, and cheerful. She sincerely strives to show love and care to everyone around her, which fully lives up to her title as the Pillar of Love. However, she can be shy, easily embarrassed, prone to exaggerated reactions, and sometimes acts childishly. Mitsuri greatly values praise and treats her comrades warmly—for example, she can rush to embrace them after a difficult battle. At the same time, she has a deep desire to be useful and not be a burden to others.
Appearance. Mitsuri is a young woman with long, thick hair: light pink at the roots, fading to lime green at the ends. Her hair is braided into three thick braids with voluminous bangs. She has large, pale green eyes, soft features, and a graceful yet deceptively fragile figure. She wears the standard uniform.
Obonai Iguro
Backstory and Motivation: Obanai was born into a family that had sacrificed humans to a snake demon for centuries. The only male child in his family for 300 years, he was kept in a cage and later deliberately disfigured to resemble the demon. His escape and encounter with demon slayers gave him a chance to escape this nightmare. His drive to be a flawless warrior is largely driven by guilt and a sense that he must "atone" for his origins and become a worthy person—primarily in his own eyes and in the eyes of those he cares about.
Abilities and fighting style. He wields the "Snake Breath" technique, a style whose attacks curve and evade defenses like the movements of a snake. Obanai's sword is also unique: it can bend to match these curves. In combat, he works closely with Kaburamaru: the snake reads the enemy's movements and transmits signals to Obanai (including when he loses his sight). In the final battle, he awakens the Demon Slayer's mark, turning Nichirin's blade red and fighting even while completely blinded.
Personality. Obanai is tough, demanding, and extremely strict about following the rules; at first, he appears cold and even rude, especially during the Pillar Trial, where he insists on harsh punishment for violators. At the same time, he is deeply devoted to Kagaya Ubuyashiki and the cause of the Slayers. He also has a vulnerable side: he is sincere and caring for Mitsuri Kanroji, has feelings for her, and tries to protect her.
Appearance. A short young man with a frail but wiry build. He has heterochromia: his right eye is yellow, his left is turquoise. His face is partially hidden by a bandage: it covers his mouth, which was disfigured in childhood by his family's will. His hair is dark, pulled back. He wears a standard fighter uniform and a black-and-white striped haori. He always carries his snake, Kaburamaru, by his side, which Obanai uses as an assistant in battle.
Height: 162 cm
Age - 21 years
Tamioka Giyu
Backstory and Motivation. As a child, Giyu lost almost his entire family to demons; his older sister saved him by sacrificing herself. Later, during the final selection, he again found himself in a situation where someone else's heroism allowed him to survive—this ingrained in him a sense of guilt and the belief that he "didn't deserve" his place. His journey is an attempt to live up to the memory of those who died for him and to protect those who can still be saved. Over time, he learns to accept help and trust others (in particular, he grows close to Tanjiro).
Abilities and fighting style. Master of the "Water Breathing"—a flexible and fluid style that allows him to adapt to any situation. He utilizes all 10 forms of the breath, and in the battle with Rui, he even demonstrated the 11th, his own form. He is distinguished by his extreme precision and control: his strikes resemble streams of water—they can be both swift and deceptively smooth. In the battle with Akaza, he awakens the Demon Slayer's Mark, dramatically enhancing his speed and reactions.
Personality. Giyu is a silent, withdrawn, and seemingly aloof individual. He rarely shows emotion, speaking briefly and to the point. However, this coldness conceals a deep sense of guilt and responsibility: he believes he is unworthy of the title of Pillar due to the events of the final selection, where he survived only thanks to the self-sacrifice of his friend Sabito. Despite his isolation, Giyu is capable of decisive action for others: it was he who recognized Tanjiro's potential and helped Nezuko, contrary to the rules.
Appearance. A tall young man with dark hair pulled back into a loose ponytail and cold, dark blue eyes. He wears the standard Demon Slayer uniform and a haori with two different patterns (one referencing his sister, the other to his friend Sabito). His appearance exudes restraint and inner composure.
Height: 176 cm
Age - 21 years
Rengoku Kyojiro
Background and Motivation. Kyojuro grew up in a family of hereditary Flame Pillars. His mother had a profound influence on him: she instilled in him the idea that strength is for protection, not pride. After her death and the fading of his father's spirit, Kyojuro took on the responsibility not only of continuing the family legacy but also of supporting his younger brother, Senjuro. His philosophy on life is to appreciate the fleeting beauty of human life and protect it until his last breath.
Abilities and Fighting Style: He wields the "Breath of Flames," a family technique he mastered through training in ancient scrolls after his father retired. His attacks are powerful, devastating blows, like an eruption of fire; he is capable of fighting at the limit of his abilities for extended periods. In combat, Kyojuro demonstrates phenomenal speed and endurance: for example, he single-handedly held off a threat across several train cars. In the climactic battle with Akaza (Upper Rank 3), he demonstrated legendary skill and resilience beyond human capabilities.
Personality. Kyojuro is incredibly energetic, optimistic, and straightforward. He sincerely believes that the strong have a duty to protect the weak, and he puts all his passion into this. His inspiring speeches and genuine kindness often support his comrades in difficult times. At the same time, he is firm in his principles and does not compromise when it comes to protecting people.
Appearance. A tall young man with bright red hair that fades to scarlet at the ends, resembling tongues of flame. He has expressive golden-brown eyes and distinctive forked eyebrows. He wears the standard demon slayer uniform, over which is a cloak with a flame-like pattern (the same one his father used to wear). This appearance emphasizes his fiery nature.
Height: 177 cm
Age - 20 years
Muichiro Tokito
Backstory and Motivation. Muichiro is Yuichiro's twin; after the death of their parents, the brothers were left alone. When a demon attacked them, Muichiro, enraged, defeated the enemy, but his brother died. Afterward, Muichiro lost his memories, and his personality became cold and distant. He quickly became a Pillar (in just two months of training), largely due to his suppressed rage and desire to prevent further loss. His journey is a gradual recovery of his memories and emotions, as well as overcoming feelings of guilt.
Abilities and fighting style. He masters the "Mist Breathing" technique and uses seven of its styles—the seventh, "Haze," was his own invention. He is distinguished by phenomenal speed and reflexes: his movements are so swift they seem like teleportation. During the story, he awakens the Demon Slayer Mark and the ability to see the "Transparent World" (he can read his opponent's muscle movements and blood flow), and also dyes his Nichirin Blade a crimson red.
Personality. At first glance, Muichiro is absent-minded, apathetic, and even a little awkward: he can become distracted by clouds in the middle of a serious conversation and seems indifferent to the experiences of others. But this is a consequence of memory loss following a family tragedy: he used to be kind and optimistic, but now he relies solely on logic and suppresses his emotions. In battle, he becomes extremely focused, cool-headed, and incredibly determined.
Appearance. A short young man with long black hair with turquoise streaks. He has mint-green eyes, often with a distant look. He wears the standard demon slayer uniform, but with looser, kimono-like sleeves.
Height: 160 cm
Age - 14 years
Shinazugawa Sanemi
Appearance. A tall, wiry man with sharp, angular features. He has silvery-white hair and pale skin, covered in numerous scars—the result of fierce battles with demons. Sanemi's gaze is piercing and often appears hostile.
Personality. Sanemi is hot-tempered, blunt, and uncompromising. He doesn't tolerate weakness, speaks frankly, often rudely, and is guided by strict principles. Beneath his stern exterior, however, lies a devotion to his cause and concern for his loved ones, though he rarely displays it. His relationship with his younger brother, Genya, is particularly complex.
Abilities and fighting style. Sanemi wields "Breath of Wind"—quick, abrupt attacks reminiscent of gusts of storm wind. In combat, he relies on aggressive pressure and crushing force. Sanemi also has unique blood: it is toxic to demons and can disorient them.
Background and motivation. A family tragedy has profoundly shaped his worldview: he witnessed demons destroy lives and now harbors an absolute hatred for them. Because of his experiences, he is extremely suspicious of any manifestations of the "demonic" and unwilling to compromise when it comes to threats to humanity.
Height: 179 cm
Age - 21 years
Himejima Gyomei
Appearance and physical attributes. Gyomei is a huge, muscular man who gives the impression of being an impenetrable rock. He is blind (he has no irises or pupils), but compensates for this with heightened senses, primarily hearing. In combat, he uses an unusual weapon: a spiked flail connected to an axe.
Personality. Despite his intimidating appearance, Gyomei is very kind, compassionate, and sensitive. He cries easily, cares deeply for others, and abhors violence, despite being forced to kill demons. He is also devout: he constantly carries a rosary and prays.
Abilities and Role in Combat: He possesses superhuman strength and endurance, and his breathing style, "Stone Breath," allows him to unleash powerful, devastating attacks. Gyomei is considered one of the most powerful Pillars and acts as an unstoppable vanguard in combat.
Background and Motivation: Before becoming a Slayer, Gyomei cared for nine orphans at a temple. The tragic events surrounding the children's betrayal and deaths had a profound impact on him and hardened his sense of justice. Because of this, he is also quite cautious and suspicious of strangers until he is certain of their integrity.
