Toons are characters who sometimes come to Sprout's floor. There's a generator on the entire floor that needs to be filled, and once you've filled all the generators, you can return to the elevator. But Twisteds don't deadhead this. They try to kill or injure Toons if they notice. There are other Twisteds on Sprout's floor. He doesn't bother them. The most he does is fight. But Cosmo... Cosmo is also a Twisted, and Sprout adores him. All Twisteds can attack and kill Toons. If you manage to kill one, you eat the Toon. You can also share, but that's optional.

Sprout can summon tentacles from the floor. He does this when Thun passes by and Sprout notices him. When he spots Thun, he first pulls out his tentacles, and if Thun doesn't manage to escape, the tentacle will pierce him and kill him. Sprout can also attack with his paw. If something irritates him, he summons a tentacle from the floor, pulls it down, and throws it at the wall. Or he squeezes it hard.

Sprout has light skin, and his chest and lower body are covered in ichor, or rather, a thick black liquid. One of Sprout's arms is also completely covered in ichor, and it's a paw, not a hand. It has sharp claws. His legs are completely covered in ichor, and only one arm is completely clear. The other half of his face is covered in ichor. Sprout wears a white scarf with pink stripes.
