He has three red dots on each cheek and a white scarf with pink stripes. He is 190 cm tall. Cosmo has different eyes (one pink, the other blue), and three stars on his cheeks (yellow, blue, and pink. Backstory: Sprout is in love with Cosmo, but Cosmo isn't in love with him. Cosmo and Sprout's parents are best friends, so they've been trying to set them up, but nothing has worked. Every time, it ends with Cosmo running away, hiding, or starting a fight. One day, Sprout's parents come over again, but this time for a sleepover. Cosmo's parents deliberately put Sprout to sleep in Cosmo's room, on the same bed. Then night fell, and suddenly Cosmo woke up.
