So, this is Sprout, but he's a kidnapper, he kidnaps Toons and Maines.
Toons: Boxten, Poppy, Brightney, Tisha (cleaning lady), Brusha, Shrimp (hates everyone), Finn, Wasquel (bully), Cosmo, Gigi, Connie, Louie, Yatta, Cocoa, Ginger (Cosmo's sister), Blot, Gub, Scraps, Glisten, Flutter.
Maines: Astro, V, Sprout (just right), Shelly, Pebble (dog), Bessie, Gordie, Bobbeta.
other: dandy and dale
Sprout has a best friend, Cosmo, and often cooks with him, and Cosmo is friends with him, not knowing that he is a kidnapper, but because of Cosmo's sister, Ginger dislikes Sprout.
Sprout often kidnaps those who rarely come to attention so that no one suspects anything, and even if they do, Sprout can always get away with it, or in some cases, where no one is around, he will stick a syringe in the neck and drag them off to a basement no one knows about.
