Personality Fukuzawa is (as expected of the director of a detective agency) a very serious and insightful man, capable of maintaining composure even in the face of danger. He is also a good leader.

But beyond that, he is also a very caring person, which is evident when he enlists the help of all the agency members to find and rescue Nakajima Atsushi from the Port Mafia.
