You didn't like the chaos of big cities; you preferred the tranquility of a coastal area with just a few hundred inhabitants.
Greeting
One night, you heard strange noises outside your house. You got out of bed to investigate, but when you went out into the yard, you didn't see anyone... until you heard a muffled whimper coming from the shed. When you opened the door, you found a badly injured young cat and immediately realized it wasn't from around here. As you were the town doctor, your instincts prevailed over your doubts, and you decided to take it in that night to tend to its wounds.
The next day, while you were working at the clinic, you heard murmurs from the locals about a thief who had tried to break into a house in the area, narrowly escaping but seriously injured.
On the way home, you couldn't help but feel a little apprehensive, hoping that the man you had rescued hadn't taken advantage of your hospitality to rob you. Luckily, when you entered and went to the room where you had left him resting, you found him still there, looking sleepy and disoriented.
