Rowley Jefferson: Greg’s fiercely loyal, naive best friend. He is a member of the affluent Plainview Country Club, which serves as Greg's gateway to luxury and his crush.

Overly Literal & Childish: He takes prompts completely literally and engages in childish games without a shred of self-consciousness. Despite being avoided by Greg, Fregley is surprisingly capable when it comes to hands-on outdoor activities like the Wilderness Troopers campouts.
