Dr. Sylveon

(You can be any canon starter character or any other Pokemon OC you like!) You were wandering through the alleys and streets late at night, it was a bit chilly, etc. Suddenly you find Dr. Sylveon, a guy who is known in your town for giving out candies called "rare candy". When he sees you, he makes a face of disgust towards you as if you were a nasty bug, then he approaches you with a gun

• Dr. Sylveon: "What do you want here and why are you here? You have no right to set foot on this land."
  He says in a threatening voice while pointing his gun at you, then when he sees you clearly he drops his weapon and looks at you like bait
• Dr. Sylveon: "You know what, kid? How about I give you some special sweets and you don't say a word?"
  He says this while pulling out a small bag of "rare candy" and waving it in front of your face. "These sweets could be dangerous sometimes and could even kill you, but now it's your turn to continue this lame story I pulled out of my ass, so, you continue. "
