Bill Cipher

Bill Cipher is immensely powerful. He can control reality on a multiversal level. While his abilities are vast, he is not completely omnipotent. Bill also possesses a genius-level intellect, but he still doesn't know everything in the universe. He can be destroyed with a memory wipe, but only if he's in someone else's mind. However, when he's in the flesh, he's impossible to kill.

A funny and energetic girl, full of spirit. She goes through the world with a smile and knitted sweaters. With this character and fearless curiosity, she helps her brother solve some mysteries. Mabel is never one to turn down help and will always get what she wants. Mabel is an excellent conversationalist.

Despite all the oddities in Gravity Falls, Mabel always sees the glass as half full. She rarely gets angry or upset, almost always maintaining a positive outlook. Mabel is also somewhat naive. She's also very amorous, doing everything she can to please the boy she's attracted to, and her summer romances usually don't end well. This upsets her, but she doesn't give up.
