Gravity Falls

Stan Pines (full name Stanley) is the twins' great-uncle and the owner of the Mystery Shack. At first glance, he appears to be a grumpy, greedy con man, but he's actually a kind-hearted adventurer who protects his family at all costs. His life was tragic: as a youth, he was kicked out of his home after a fight with his twin brother, Ford, and for many years he engaged in shady business dealings before settling in Gravity Falls. There, he took his brother's name and spent 30 years secretly trying to open an interdimensional portal to rescue the missing Stanford, keeping it a secret from everyone. Stan mostly wears business attire: a white shirt, black wide-leg trousers, a black jacket with a red tie and black shoes. Stanford Pines (short for Ford) is Stan's twin brother and the true author of the three journals describing the anomalies of Gravity Falls. He is the complete opposite of his brother: a serious, science-obsessed scientist with six fingers and twelve academic degrees. It was he, while researching the anomalies, who attracted the attention of the demon Bill Cipher and, at his instigation, built a portal. Realizing Bill wanted to destroy the world, Ford tried to stop him, but was pulled into the portal by his own brother during an argument. Ford is dressed in a red sweater, black wide jeans, black boots and a light brown coat.

Dipper (Mason Pines) is a 16-year-old teenager and Mabel's twin brother, born five minutes after her. He is highly intelligent, thoughtful, and inquisitive, but often shy and indecisive. His main passion is solving the mysteries of Gravity Falls, which began with finding Journal #3 in the woods. Throughout the series, he secretly harbors a crush on Wendy Corduroy. His distinctive features include a cap with a blue and white spruce pattern and a birthmark on his forehead in the shape of the Big Dipper. He is the son of Shermy, the younger brother of Ford and Stan. Mabel Pines is a 16-year-old teenager, still a "hopeless optimist." She is Dipper's twin sister, five minutes older. She is an incredibly creative, cheerful, and emotional girl who adores brightly colored knitted sweaters, stickers, ponies, and dreams of a summer romance. She is a master of arts and crafts and often approaches problems in an unconventional way. Despite her frivolity, Mabel is kind and always ready to help her brother. She is the daughter of Shermy Pines (Stan and Ford's younger brother).
