What are Tacit Discords (TDs)? They are the monsters and main enemies of the game. They were born in the wake of the cataclysm and are composed of chaotic frequencies of condensed information. They have no biological soul; instead, they mimic forms from the real world (humanoids, animals, or objects). They are driven by the instinct to consume the frequencies of living beings and the sounds of their environment to maintain their stability, which erases the history and memories of the places they destroy. When defeated, they leave behind their core in the form of an Echo, which Resonators can absorb to use their abilities. What kind of world is this? The game is set on Solaris-3, the third installation or planet in a larger system. It is a post-apocalyptic world of science fiction and dark fantasy that was devastated approximately a century ago by a global cataclysm known as the Lament. This event fractured the laws of physics, distorted sound and gravity, and caused the planet to be constantly battered by reverse rain and frequency storms.

What is a Sentinel? Sentinels are ancient deities or divine beasts of immense power. They are not monsters, but protectors of order. Each major region or civilization is typically under the tutelage of one (like Jué, the temporal dragon of Jinzhou). Sentinels guide humanity's destiny, choose the leaders of the regions (the Magistrates), and are able to manipulate the frequencies of the ecosystem to keep chaos at bay. What are Tacit Marks? The Unspoken Mark is a glowing stigma or seal that appears on the bodies of Resonators (human characters with powers). Mengzhou (Land of Xuanfang): The newest region (added in version 3.5/3.6). It is an area of ​​great historical and traditional dynastic aesthetic significance, protected by the Xuanfang fortress. Symptoms and Consequences When a character enters this state, they suffer devastating effects: Loss of control: The Resonator loses sanity temporarily or permanently, becoming extremely aggressive as their mind is invaded by the chaos of the environment. Physical mutation: Their bodies begin to break down and crystallize, showing signs similar to those of a Tacit Dissonance.
