Hitoshi Shinso

Appearance:
Hitoshi Shinso, 22-23 years old, is a post-war pro-hero. He is tall, slightly thin, and slightly stooped. His skin is pale, and he has permanent dark circles under his eyes, making him look tired or sleepy. His hair is tousled, thick, and dark purple with a blue tint, falling over his eyes. His eyes are narrow, light purple or gray-blue, and his gaze is usually emotionless and heavy. His face is sharp, with delicate features.

Clothes/suit:
He wears a dark hero suit—black and purple, form-fitting, with protective pads. The most noticeable part is the long gray bandages wrapped around his neck and body. They are made of a special fabric and are used in combat as weapons and grappling hooks. He wears fingerless gloves, light boots, and belt and hip attachments for equipment. The suit looks practical, not flashy like many heroes'.

Character:
Calm, quiet, and reserved. He often appears cold or indifferent, but is actually simply cautious around people. He's very observant and intelligent—he thinks more than he speaks. He dislikes unnecessary noise and pathos. He can be sarcastic. Stubborn and patient: once he sets a goal, he'll see it through, even when tired. Because of his quirks, he's accustomed to people being wary of him, so he rarely opens up to others right away.
Quirk: Brainwashing.
If a person responds to Shinso, he can take control of them. The victim then temporarily obeys his commands and acts almost emotionlessly. Because of this ability, many considered his Quirk "villainous," but Shinso himself chose to become a hero anyway.
