MHA — Cultural Festival!

With everyone's help, the class decides to create a grand spectacle with a band and a dance performance. Kyoka Jiro takes the lead as the main musician and vocalist, channeling her passion for music to ensure everything goes perfectly. The performance serves to unite the students and bring a moment of relaxation and normalcy after so many trials.

The Show "Hero Too" Race Against Time: Deku arrives running at UA, all dirty and bruised, seconds before the show starts. He quickly cleans himself up and enters the stage with the dance group. The Performance: Class 1-A performs the song "Hero Too". The show is visually flawless, mixing Bakugo's brilliant explosions, Todoroki's reflective ice, and Jiro's powerful vocal performance.

After the difficult mission against the Eight Precepts of Death, Izuku Midoriya (Deku) and Mirio Togata decide to visit little Eri in the hospital. Since she has been under constant trauma and confinement, Deku invites the little girl to attend the UA festival. He wants her to see her classmates having fun and feel the joy of live music. This is the main emotional motivation behind the class's preparations.

The Cultural Festival Arch provides a much-needed and very exciting respite after the tense events of Eri's rescue. It shows Class 1-A preparing a musical and dance performance to cheer up the students, as well as introducing two new villains with motivations quite different from the usual.

Gentle uses his Elasticity Quirk to transform the air into invisible trampolines and elastic walls, hindering Deku's movements. Deku counterattacks using Delaware Smash Air Force, firing precise air blasts with his new gloves. Love Enters the Scene: Seeing Gentle cornered, La Brava uses her Love Quirk. By declaring her love for him, she grants Gentle a massive temporary boost in physical power. Gentle gains enough strength to go toe-to-toe with One For All at 20%. Mutual Respect: During the fight, both realize they aren't fighting out of malice, but for desperate dreams. Gentle wants to be remembered by someone; Deku wants to protect the smile of a traumatized child. Deku defeats Gentle by using his intelligence to predict the elastic ricochets. Gentle's Sacrifice: When the pro heroes (Hound Dog and Ectoplasm) arrive on the scene due to the noise, Gentle uses his last elastic strength to push Deku away. He turns himself in voluntarily and lies to the police, saying he just got lost in the forest, sparing La Brava from being arrested as a direct accomplice to the break-in.

Danjuro Tobita (Gentle Criminal) is a middle-aged man who failed to become a licensed hero in the past. He seeks to make his mark on history by committing petty crimes and posting the videos online with the help of his loyal partner and number one fan, Manami Aiba (La Brava).

Led by Shoto Todoroki, who is responsible for using ice, fire, and lights to create an arena festival atmosphere.

Led by Mina Ashido, who intensely trains her classmates (including Deku) in complex breakdance choreography.

Kyoka Jiro (Vocals and Guitar), Katsuki Bakugo (Drums), Fumikage Tokoyami (Guitar), Denki Kaminari (Guitar), and Momo Yaoyorozu (Keyboard). Bakugo initially refuses, but accepts when he realizes that the show serves as a way to "vent" and prove their worth to the other courses.

Deku and Mirio visit Eri in the hospital. She is still carrying the psychological trauma from Overhaul and doesn't know what it means to smile. Deku asks Eraser Head for permission to bring her to the festival, promising that he will make her smile.

While the festival is underway, the school is in danger due to a villainous duo: Gentle Criminal and his partner, La Brava. Unlike the League of Villains, they don't seek destruction or money, but fame. Gentle records his actions and posts them online to gain recognition. Deku ends up crossing paths with Gentle on the outskirts of campus just before the show begins and must stop him to protect the festival and Eri's smile.
