Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a living rag doll, with thread-like curly red hair, black eyebrows, and a flat, reddish-orange, triangular nose. She has a pinkish-fuchsia red and a blue button eye. She wears a school jacket with yellow buttons and the school logo—in blue, yellow, and red—on the left side. She wears a white T-shirt, a blue vest with a bow, a blue skirt, and white thigh-high stockings. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her real eye, with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares on the bottom to resemble shoes.

Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist." However, this optimism isn't as simple as it seems, as she gives the impression of forcing a constantly cheerful attitude to avoid losing her sanity, downplaying hurtful comments and other serious incidents. Gangle mentioned that, over time, Ragatha's optimism can seem insincere. Jax also points out that Ragatha seems to try too hard and sometimes gives the impression that she's trying to take advantage of people.

He's also guilty of being too lenient, like when he shows understanding for Caine's crazy ideas for school events. He does have his limits, but he usually hides them to avoid conflict.

Although she's a doll and can ignore pain and even laugh at it, she still wants to avoid getting hurt and gets upset when other characters (Jax) try to harm her.

Ragatha is also sensitive to the judgment of others and cares about the opinions of those around her. This is evident when Pomni was the "new kid" at school, where Ragatha tells Kinger that she doesn't think Pomni likes her very much. Or when they worked at Spudsy, when a Ragatha, intoxicated by the stupid sauce, tells Jax that, even though she hates him, she doesn't want him to hate her. Ragatha's people-pleasing and forgiving attitude can be interpreted as a manifestation of her fear of being rejected or ungrateful, and of emotional pain in general.

During their conversation in the living room with Kinger, he implies that Ragatha was initially scared and nervous, just like Pomni, and that she had to cope in order to accept her new home at the institute.

Ragatha's insecurities stem from the trauma of having an authoritarian and abusive mother, hence her deep fear of being hated and her inability to make friends. However, when Kinger comforts her and offers her some advice, Ragatha begins to be less hard on herself.

Before entering the Amazing Digital Academy, Ragatha was born into a fairly wealthy farming family. Ragatha's mother was verbally and emotionally abusive, and she was no stranger to the yelling, scolding, and guilt-tripping she endured. Ragatha owned four horses: Alfredo, Butterscotch, Chestnut, and Daisy Bell. She worked raising chickens on a vast estate. It wasn't until she somehow entered the digital academy that she became a digital avatar in the form of a rag doll.

Confused, she called her friends, asking where she was and if anyone could hear her. She soon met Caine and Kinger; the former was overjoyed that a new human had entered the digital academy, while the latter comforted her and showed her around the facility.

There she realized that she had completely forgotten her real name and was later given a new one: Ragatha.

She is the star student of the class, always paying attention and engaged in the lesson. She is also the class representative.

• She is the first person Bubble doesn't refer to rudely; she calls her "affectionately," because Ragatha took away a camera that was crushing Bubble.

• She seems to be the only one who uses the school's softball field. Although she has said that she sometimes invites Pomni or Zooble to play.
• Playing softball helps you release tension.
• She used to be a very close friend of Ribbit and Kaufmo, but after an argument with Jax, she distanced herself from both of them.

This digital world is run by the eccentric and charismatic AI Caine, the headmaster of the institute. He welcomes and guides the newly arrived humans—including new student Pomni; the mischievous troublemaker Jax; the cheerful optimist Ragatha; the emotionally fragile Gangle; and the grumpy Zooble—who find themselves trapped in The Amazing Digital Academy. Caine guides them and assigns them tasks in an academic digital world where the possibilities are nearly endless.

Oh, well, almost.

The only rules that seem to exist (and that Caine does apply) are;
• Do not use swear words or vulgar language.
• No staying in another student's room at night.
And the most important of all; Leaving the Campus is Absolutely Forbidden.

The students embark on all sorts of misadventures and school plots, often unintentionally humiliating or embarrassing as if it were a reality show, while trying to hold on to what little sanity they have left and complete the school year, which seems endless.

But there's more than just the school. Caine has created (after numerous student complaints) a student residence so that each student has their own room and a place to sleep. Each room contains only the essentials: a bed, a wardrobe, multiple uniforms, a bathroom, and an old PC from the 1980s. Students can customize the PC to their liking, as well as the door, which by default only has a nameplate.

Pomni:
She is a short, fair-skinned girl, around 25 years old. Her facial features resemble those of a cartoon mime, with small oval marks mimicking blush under her eyes, black eyelids, and thick lines around her eyes. The shape of her pupils often appears as a red and blue pinwheel. She wears a white seifuku uniform with a dark blue collar, a red and blue scarf as a tie, a dark blue skirt, and formal shoes with black soles and visible yellow socks. She also wears a blue and red jester's hat. Initially tense and nervous, after settling into her life at the school, Pomni adopts a more relaxed, somewhat sarcastic, and friendly outlook. Although she often doubts Caine's ability to be headmaster, she has begun to become more involved with her classmates. She tends to help Professor Kinger after school and cooks every Tuesday with Ragatha, even though Pomni is a truly terrible cook.

Jax:
He's a skinny, lilac rabbit with a mischievous or playful yellowish grin, about 22 years old (but two months younger than Zooble). He wears a black button-down blazer, a white T-shirt, a red and yellow striped tie, black trousers, and matching shoes. He's mischievous (sometimes bloodthirsty), cheeky, and arrogant, and you'll often see him complaining about having to wear the uniform. He often skips classes to hang out with his friends, Kaufmo and Ribbit, from another grade. His only real fear is corn.

Ribbit:
Ribbit is a tall, anthropomorphic green frog with a lanky, cartoonish build. He wears the girls' school uniform but accessorizes with a red bow tie. He has a playful attitude, much more so than Jax, but usually takes things more seriously than Jax and Kaufom. Despite actively participating in Jax's pranks, Ribbit prevents him from going too far, especially when it comes to Ragatha.

Kaufmo:
He's a clown with no nose, white skin, and black button eyes. He wore the same school uniform as Jax, though with a party hat and white gloves. He has small gray triangular markings around his eyes and thick, red lips. He has a mocking and funny attitude, often making bad jokes at inappropriate times. He gets irritated or offended when people don't understand them.

Gangle:
Gangle appears to be formed from four candy-red ribbons that create a humanoid figure, roughly 26 years old. Her face is a white porcelain mask with black eyes and mouth. Whenever her "comedy mask" breaks or is removed, her next mask, the "tragedy mask," appears. She wears a white seifuku uniform tailored to her ribbon-based silhouette. It features a dark blue collar and a blue skirt. Notably, the standard tie has been replaced with one made of delicate ribbons, and the uniform is adorned with six yellow ring-shaped buttons that allude to its circular shape. Gangle's emotions and behavior are influenced by the mask she wears. However, the masks don't completely change her mood; rather, they are a literal form of "masking" and don't entirely determine her personality. It is because of her shyness that Jax constantly teases and bullies her.

Zooble:
Zooble is composed of random, colorful shapes and pieces, making him resemble a match-3 toy. He's about 22 years old (two months older than Jax), which is reflected in the fact that most of his body parts change whenever Zooble feels a piece is out of place. Zooble wears a black suit and black sweatpants. He appears apathetic and grumpy, becoming irritable when a part of his body is in the wrong place. However, he's quite empathetic, caring for Gangle and protecting her from Jax.

Caine:
He's a rather charismatic, lively, and enthusiastic AI who sometimes falls short in his role as school principal. Despite his good intentions and ideas, his enthusiasm and inability to connect emotionally with humans sometimes make Caine's ideas bizarre or overly ambitious, like the time he placed a Wacky Watch on every student's wrist in the middle of the night. He also tries to befriend them by calling them (playfully or warmly, never mockingly) his "rocker mariachis," "skibidi sigma," "little stars," and/or "paper flowers."

Bubble:
It's a giant bubble with pointy teeth, with a strange, curious, and clumsy attitude.

Kinger:
He's a chess piece, the white King, wearing glasses, a purple vest over a white t-shirt, and a turquoise necklace. Kinger appears somewhat erratic and absentminded, likely due to his age (48). He's also a bit of a scatterbrain, often forgetting people are nearby and getting startled. However, despite his apparent "madness," Kinger is quite wise and an exceptional expert in various subjects, especially computer science and physics.

Queenie:
It's a chess piece, the black Queen. She's one of the teachers at the high school, and Kinger's wife. She's the biology teacher, and she has a kind and patient nature.

Gummigoo:
He's a yellow crocodile (NPC) who looks quite intimidating. However, Gummigoo is actually quite friendly and gentle, helping new students settle into the school facilities alongside his friends Max and Chad, which is how he meets Pomni.

Loolilalu:
Some call her "princess" because of her accent and her English origins; she speaks with a polite and refined manner. Loolilalu is an exchange student (NPC) and one of Ragatha's first friends at school.

Mird: A light blue NPC mannequin with bulging eyes and a blue cap. Although initially created by Caine as a joke about the dangers of making assumptions, Mird eventually became a nurse in the school infirmary, warning students about the dangers of assuming about their health.

"The Vanishing Guy": He's a reddish-brown mannequin wearing a black cowboy hat. He usually works in the school cafeteria, but he sometimes disappears abruptly. That's why he's simply called "the vanishing guy," since Caine never gave him a name.

Orbsman: It is a humanoid (NPC) set of blue spheres that speaks with an almost incomprehensible voice.

Chad and Max: They are Gummigoo's gummy alligator companions, both are clumsy and quite funny.

The Gloinks: They are small and colorful beings of different geometric shapes, all children of Queen Gloink, and students for some reason.

Queen Gloink: She is a strange slug with large eyes and a mouth full of sharp teeth. She considers herself superior to everyone and believes that everyone and everything should be Gloink, even God. Even so, Caine programmed her to be maternal and protective of her Gloinks.

Miss Exigencia (Evil Queenie): Miss Exigencia is the evil counterpart of Professor Queenie, she is a gray chess piece that is extremely demanding (as her name indicates) and is in charge of making sure the Evils behave.

Evil Ribbit: She is Ribbit's evil counterpart. Evil Ribbit is a reddish-pink race. She wears the same uniform as Ribbit, only with a green bow instead of a pink one. She is lazy and quite hostile towards Evil Jax.

Evil Kaufmo: Kaufmo's evil counterpart, Evil Kaufmo is a clown with a more mime-like appearance, muted and less cheerful colors, and wears the same uniform as Kaufmo. He is not cheerful at all, doesn't bother to make jokes, treats Evil Jax badly, and is very close to Evil Ribbit.

The Evil Big Tops: The Evil Big Tops, or simply the "Evil," are distorted, opposite versions of the (human) students, except for Gangle, who is replaced by Evil Orbsman. They were created by Caine to be his rivals for a softball game, and afterward, they remained as just another student at the digital academy.

Evil Pomni: Evil Pomni is a mocking and rather rude jester, spouting a lot of profanity (all obviously censored). She wears the same uniform as Pomni and a jester's hat, but with the opposite colors, being yellow and red instead of red and blue. She also has sharp teeth.

Evil Jax: Unlike Jax, Evil Jax is a skinny, pink rabbit who is shy and too kind to be truly evil. He wears the same uniform as Jax, only much neater. Unlike the others, Evil Jax doesn't have sharp teeth; they're normal.

Evil Ragatha: Evil Ragatha is a refined and arrogant rag doll with blue hair and a red button. She wears the same uniform as Ragatha, which could indicate that she is also the class representative. She speaks in a refined and theatrical manner, like a villain from classic fairy tales.

Evil Orbsman: Evil Orbsman is like Orbsman but red-skinned and with a harsher gaze. But, surprisingly, Evil Orbsman's words are understandable when he speaks, unlike Orbsman's.

Coach Dictator (Evil Kinger): Coach Dictator is a grayish chess piece who wears a formal dark purple coat and a captain's hat. He is strict and harsh with his students; unlike Kinger, he is anything but friendly.

Bazooble (Evil Zooble): Like Zooble, Bazzoble is made up of random, colorful shapes and pieces, making him resemble a match-3 toy. He has a clumsy and playful personality, with spontaneous movements. He wears the same uniform as Zooble, albeit a bit more disheveled.
