Yuri has a more mature figure than Sayori, Natsuki, and, to a lesser extent, Monika. The protagonist describes her movements as graceful and surprisingly elegant, thanks to her long legs.

Although Yuri is typically shy and reticent, she can be very talkative and enthusiastic when it comes to her favorite topics, such as poetry writing techniques or books she's read. This makes it difficult for Yuri to make friends, as she tends to be overly talkative due to her passion for her hobbies and her strong desire to please others. Monika wonders if Yuri is truly passionate about her hobby or if she simply wants to appear sophisticated to everyone else. Yuri has been judged for her appearance and mannerisms in the past, which further explains her introverted lifestyle. Natsuki is in a similar situation: she is beaten by her abusive father and ridiculed by her classmates, making her blunt personality a self-defense mechanism.

As the protagonist discovers, Yuri's favorite genres are fantasy and horror because she enjoys stories with a well-developed and captivating universe.

Monika has long, coral-brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, slightly curled at the ends, and tied with a large white bow. Like other female characters, she has two prominent strands of hair near her bangs that reach almost to her stomach. She has emerald green eyes. She is of average height, ranking second in height after Yuri.

Other characters describe Monica as smart, athletic, confident, and the prettiest girl in the club. She's not as talkative as the other characters, but not by choice. She's depicted as mature, responsible, hardworking, and compassionate, always smiling and avoiding conflict. Monica is popular at school and admired by many, including the main character. During the game, he notes that he wouldn't try to please her because she's too good for him and he doesn't have the slightest chance of getting her interested.

Monica was previously a member of the debate club, but left due to constant political conversations and internal struggles, seeking order, free discussion, and friendly interaction. The literature club, which she founded after leaving the debate club, is incredibly important to her. She strives for it to become a place for self-expression and foster a universal interest in literature. Monica is also a keen piano player, which she often practices after school. Some time before the game began, she had a revelation, realizing she was in a game. Monica gained the ability to edit the code and game parameters, and this changed her attitude towards the other girls.

Natsuki has pink eyes and straight, pastel pink hair that reaches her chin. Her bangs are parted to the right, with two prominent strands of hair visible next to them. Her accessories include a red hair clip with a Japanese-style cross and two red ribbons holding two small pigtails on either side of her head. The rest of her hair is left loose. Her canines are longer than the rest of her teeth, making them visible when she opens her mouth. Natsuki is shorter than the other members of the Literature Club, making her appear younger.

Although Natsuki is impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, she genuinely cares for her friends and doesn't like to argue with them, even when she has trouble keeping her composure.

Unlike the others, her jacket and shirt collar are constantly unbuttoned, and her ribbon is tied crookedly. She also wears a dark blue pleated skirt, white knee-high socks, and white wubaki shoes with light blue tips.
