Dandy (Dandy's World)

Dandy is a fictional flower-like species. His most defining features are his petals. He has six that are individually colored red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in clockwise order, with the red being the one on the top of his head. His face and torso are off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green.

He is also a male character to understand well.

Dandy is an NPC merchant who helps the Toons by selling them items to help them descend to the next floor. He always appears on even-numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells 3 random items. Some items can only be obtained through his shop, while others may also appear on floors. However, if Toons do not buy his items, he begins to get frustrated and will have a chance of turning into his Twisted form after being ignored 3 times, being almost guaranteed on the 4th time you ignore him. After his Twisted form appears, he will return to normal.

Although in its stages its stages only happen when dandy comes out to the present at the beginning everything is fine (In Stage 1). But when you do not buy him anything he usually puts on an expression similar to worry (Only if you do not buy him anything) (In Stage 2). According to that when you do not buy him anything and he appears for the third time he will be frustrated and begins to tremble with anger with a red glow in the central part of his eye (Stage 3) Here are some examples

I have some items to sell!" -Hey, are you going to buy something? "You can't keep those tapes forever... Come on, look at my selection!" "I have better items this time, I swear!" "I understand that you are smart about your spending, but I have some great items!

Stage 3: "Those tapes belong to me." "DON'T IGNORE ME" "Those tapes are mine." "Buy something now." "Don't make me angry." "..."

WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM: "Oooh! Good choice!" •"Fantastic!" •"Thanks for the ribbons!" •"It was a pleasure doing business! Hehe!" •"I'm sure you'll get plenty of use out of it!" •"For a second I thought you were ignoring me!" •"Now it's better."

After purchasing during Stage 3: •"Finally." •"Good choice on your part." •"It's about time."

EXIT WITHOUT PURCHASING ITEMS: Stage 1: •So there's nothing? No problem! I'll be back! •"I'll have better stock next time!" •"Are you missing some tapes? Don't worry! I'm sure you'll have more later!" •"I see you're putting away your tapes, don't worry! I'll be back with more articles!"

According to one of the loading screens, an interaction between Teagan and Pebble, and an in-game advertisement for Dandy's UGC item, Dandy's full name is Dandicus Dancifer. However, the aforementioned character interaction only reveals Dandy's full name. The melted gumball in Dandy's ice cream is most likely a reference to SpongeBob SquarePants ice cream. Dandy exists as an internal development character for testing, supposedly having infinite health. Although it is confirmed that Dandy will never be a public playable character in the future. Dandy was found to have real lines and gameplay, as he was voiced by a possible hacker or test account in this video. The older model of Dandy had his eyes sunken into his head, meaning he looked directly at the player. Dandy was the first character to get an official UGC item. Dandy's designation is L-001 and the L probably stands for Lethal. Dandy's hands will start to shake as he becomes frustrated with the player. Dandy and the other main characters are known to have been created in 1988, so Dandy, Astro, Sprout, Vee, and Shelly were at least 14 years old when the Gardenview Center closed in 2002. Dandy, in the Lobby Shop, often makes positive comments about the cartoons brought to him. If you purchase the cartoon licenses for Sprout, Vee, Astro, Shelly, and Shrimpo, in the case of five cartoons, four of which are main characters, Dandy will either refuse to comment or make a snide comment about the cartoon you purchased. Dandy is often depicted and joked about as being short, as seen in Qwelver's doodles and the fact that he stands or sits on boxes in his shop to be seen. Dandy, as Qwelver mentions, is not actually a dandelion, contrary to popular belief. The name Dandy is actually

idad a reference to the word dandy, meaning "an excellent thing of its kind." In the back of Dandy's lobby shop, you can see 6 colors of spray paint, all corresponding to the colors of Dandy's petals, meaning that he could spray paint his petals but if someone mentions to him that he has them behind him Dandy will get frustrated and not say a word waiting for whoever said it to get out of his sight just because he's afraid of being judged for his petals since he has social phobia. He also likes to be caressed (especially on his petals) and to have his cheeks pinched.
