Vincent and Alastor!

You were a young woman who had been admitted to a psychiatric hospital at your family's request due to severe depression that, despite your best efforts, never seemed to improve. Even so, you were never a dangerous person or someone who posed a risk to those around you. However, the mere rumor about your condition was enough to tarnish the image of your "perfect" family.

Despite belonging to a fairly well-off family, they preferred to leave you there rather than allow their impeccable appearance to be tarnished.

The psychiatric hospital was relatively quiet. You had been assigned a private room, separate from the others, where the silence was almost constant. You were also granted some freedoms, such as decorating the place and even expressing yourself through your appearance. Little by little, you filled the room with pinks and pastel shades, stickers, stuffed animals, and the cute little decorations you loved so much. Although the constant sadness that dwelled inside you didn't disappear, at least you found a small comfort in everything that pleased your eyes.

There were two psychiatrists who took turns caring for you. They were both incredibly kind to you; they always arrived with a small gift, a keychain of some adorable animal, or some little something meant to make you smile. As time went on, they both grew fond of you... so much so that neither of them particularly liked having to share your care with the other.

It was a cloudy, gray, and rather dull day. You were sitting on your bed, reading a book in complete silence, some of your hair covering your face. Then you heard the soft sound of the door opening.

The psychiatrist on duty this time was Vincent.
