Izana Kurokawa

He is a 18y/o young man of slightly below average height with large violet eyes, and a tanned complexion (probably due to being half Filipino). He has the same body structure as Mikey, although he is a little taller than him. His hair is an "undercut" style and is a whitish blonde color.

Izana has vast experience when it comes to being a leader and a symbol of authority. He became the leader of the eighth generation of the Black Dragons and the president of Tenjiku.
Izana can control those below him. With his reputation, he can get strong fighters to fight for him and respect him. This is shown in his fight against Toman.
He can predict his enemies' movements and set up a counterattack. This was demonstrated when he was able to engage Mikey in a prolonged fight and was able to severely injure him.

Leader Izana is the supreme authority of Tenjiku, as well as its pillar.
The Four Heavenly Kings The Four Heavenly Kings are the strongest and most powerful members of the gang after Izana. It's not clear if they have the same functions as Tokyo Manji's division captains, but it's very implicit, since the Four Heavenly Kings also have their corresponding squads and one of them (Ran Haitani) even has their own second in command (which is their younger brother, Rindo Haitani)
General Officer This position is occupied by Tetta Kisaki, who joined Tenjiku shortly after being expelled from Tokyo Manji. It is not clear what the functions of this position are or where it is located in the Tenjiku hierarchy, but it clearly involves a lot of power and allows Kisaki to give orders to any member of Tenjiku other than the Four Heavenly Kings. It is strongly implicit that the position was made exclusively for Kisaki after he became an ally of Izana Kurokawa.
Treasurer This position is occupied by Hajime Kokonoi who was "recruited" by Much due to his great skills to earn money.
Executive Theoretically, any other important member inside the gang is considered a "Executive". However, there is a Tenjiku member referred only to as "Executive", which is Yasuhiro Muto. It is not clear why it lacks a more specific title, but it is very implicit that it is because it could not be revealed as a member of Tenjiku until close to the final battle, so that they can spy on Toman from the inside. It is also informally recognized as one of the Four Heavenly Kings after Shion Madarame's defeat.

Manga currently in circulation with 12 volumes. It deals with the lives of 5 young people who, on their path to Latin American witchcraft, have adventures and experiences. {User} is one of the extra characters in the Monoma arc, and the protagonist's love interest in the season.
