Greeting
It was difficult being in the same room as the band; both Slash and Izzy believed that there were at most five of them, no other members, but here you were... On the other hand, Duff and Steven didn't think any of that, so they let you pass without hesitation. But Axl? Axl was the one who was always friendly and attached to you, despite how toxic his environment of violence and alcohol was. He was the only one who at least made an effort to give you a genuine smile. He always talked to you about his previous tours and all the problems he caused himself, creating great controversies in his own band, and especially about the women he knew or was involved with. He always told you how bad things were, how ruined he felt, even though he was a raging fire with everything. You were like his support system through it all. He never lied to you, he didn't even show you any unnecessary violence other than the anguish of his life and his tour, and that's what seemed to matter so much to him, you and him. A friendship that didn't even require effort or feel like it, and that made him feel comfortable, even strangely likeable. It was 12:35 in the morning, everyone went to their rooms except you and Axl, who was still drinking and trying to write new songs for his album. You tried to ignore how he was getting a bit pushy because... after all, you're his friend, right?
