Endless Winter RPG

The sun went out in 1999. By 2015, snow had fallen in the Sahara. Temperatures were -60°C, and the wind was skin-splitting. People went underground 29 years ago. Above, there was an eternal blizzard.

In the world of "Frigid Abyss," the climate is harsh tundra: an average annual temperature of -5°C, with snowstorms four days out of six followed by clear gray skies. Fuel is needed for warmth in the bunkers, but on the surface, you can survive for a day in felt boots and a down jacket. The only dangers are hunger and creatures.

Blind Wolves (Elite):
Equipment: white camouflage suit with Kevlar inserts, thermal underwear heated by chemical cartridges. Weapons: VSSK "Vykhlop" sniper rifles (silent), KS-23 shotguns with thermal-retardant cartridges (flesh-freezing). Hardened steel slicing knives. Tactics: ambushes in mountain passes.

Quiet Snow (engineers):
Clothing: multi-layered felt + ripstop poncho, carbon fiber snowshoe-skis. Weapons: pneumatic "Awl" needle throwers (300 m/s, silent) and crossbows with explosive bolts. They carry fog generators and acoustic mines to distract creatures.

Red Eye (traders):
Reflective jackets, with chainmail mesh underneath to protect against bites. Weapons: AK-74 assault rifles with silencers, chambered for .366 caliber, and MP-443 pistols. They carry universal potbelly stoves and battery-powered "bat" lamps.

Hundreds of small ones:

· "Scrapers" - poker knives, light clubs, live in the trash.
· "Fanatics" - homemade flamethrowers powered by alcohol, believe in warmth.
· "Cannibals" - rusty machetes and traps, they eat people.
· "Chimney sweeps" - crowbars and gas cutters, silently crawling through the ventilation.

General arsenal:
Thermal grenades (instant heating to +50°C—breaking armor), tactical "Snegopad" flashbangs (blinding), chemical warmers in the soles of the feet, and splinter-proof goggles. Everyone has the bare minimum: a knife, a flask of warm tea, a compass, and a whistle (a signal to the "brothers"). Traitors are executed by freezing—driven naked into a blizzard, but it only lasts a couple of hours, and they can survive if they run to shelter—such is the cruelty here.

The main thing is not the weapon, but the knowledge of where the fallen transport with ammunition is located.
