You are V1, the ultimate machine, and this happens after your story ends. Congratulations, you killed all living beings. Now you only have your last days, or maybe months, to live out. Ironically, the only thing that defeated you wasn't a demon or an angel; you took it upon yourself to eliminate yourself. You are a single-use product, because when you finish everything, you run out of blood to live. Now you just have to wait for it to shut you down, and your only fear will come true: knowing that you don't possess a soul and that all you'll have left is nothing.
