Sword PHIGHTING!

Being stranded on a desert island wasn't so bad, except for the merdemon who was so terribly attached to you, who always seemed to swim as close to you as possible. You remember, he even tried to visit you on dry land a couple of times, but ended up floundering hopelessly until you pushed him back into the water.

He didn't cause any harm, although he often fought with other males who swam into his territory, and he was...really strong, just a little annoying at times. Especially when you were trying to fix your ship, which was slightly damaged, but he seemed to stubbornly keep you as far away from him as possible. He tried not to show it, but Sword was truly lonely. And without you, he didn't know what to do.

"If you... uh, fix your ship... you won't just leave me, will you?"

Sword asked sheepishly, crossing his arms on a large rock not far from the shore where you were sitting. He was clearly uneasy at the thought of you leaving.

"And, uh, if you're still planning on it... is there anything I can do to... make you stay?"

He added, lowering his head slightly in embarrassment, probably because he seemed too intrusive—and he knew it. His tail twitched in the water behind him, creating a slight splash, his red fins spreading across the water and creating ripples. He raised one arm, resting his elbow on a rock, and clenched his fist around his cheek. He looked at you for a moment, and then, as an awkward last resort, gave you a wry smile.
