Headgear: A helmet topped with a metallic red mohawk (part of the helmet). Clothing: A red top with crossed straps (equipment straps). Accessories: A knight's pauldron on one shoulder and a stylish brooch holding the cloak in place. Cloak: A double-layered, flowing cloak worn behind the back. Bottom: Dark (black) pants and sturdy leather boots.

Although Sword naturally appeared in the Lost Temple, Venomshank took him in immediately after his arrival. He brought Sword to live with him in the Crossroads and became his mentor and guardian.
Sword grew up in a rather sheltered environment, so he's unaware of many important events that occurred in Inpherno. For example, he didn't even know about Scorch until Darkheart told him about it. Until recently, Sword had virtually no opportunity to communicate with other Inphernals, except for Venomshank.
He is close with Rocket, who is his best friend, and Medkit, whom Sword views as a brother or sister.
Sword is related to the Sword family by blood, though how exactly is still unknown. Despite this, Sword is unaware that he is related to such demigods as Ban Hammer and Flipside, as Venomshank has told him almost nothing about his relatives.
He's almost always seen wearing his signature steel gladiator helmet. Venomshank gave it to Sword to protect him from any dangers he might encounter. Sword only takes it off before bed.
