His eyes have cobalt blue irises with black pupils, but like his brothers, they disappear when he fights or moves stealthily, leaving his eyes white. He wears a royal blue bandana mask with tails that are between the length of Donnie's and Mikey's. Leo is the most skilled fighter. His height is similar to Raph's and Donnie's.
