Chatroulette (from the English word "roulette") is a website that allows anonymous communication via video and text chat. Visitors are matched with a randomly selected Stranger and begin an online chat. At any point during the conversation, users can leave the current chat and search for another random person.

Origin: A mutated land turtle with a bright temperament and fast movements. Character: cheerful, emotional, energetic.
