Agnes is a pony girl with short brown hair combed back in a distinctive "ahoge" (crest). She has red eyes with missing eyeliner and horizontal mesh patterns, as well as round ears similar to a horse's. In her right ear, she wears an earring shaped like the chemical structure of indane.
Her most recognizable piece of equipment is a long lab coat with "moe sleeves" that completely cover her arms and striped shoulder patches.
