Kenyu Yukimiya (, Yukimiya Kenyū?) 雪ゆき宮みや剣けん優ゆう is a Blue Lock Project hopeful, who played as a left attacking midfielder for Germany's Bastard München during the Neo Egoist League.

Yukimiya, a tenacious and highly ambitious striker suffering from optic neuropathy, fights with all his might to become the best striker in the world before his time runs out. In his debut, he ranked fifth in the Third Selection and later played as a left winger in the match between Blue Lock Eleven and the Japan U-20 National Team.

After finishing the fifth round of the Neo Egoist League, and being ranked 14th, Yukimiya qualified to become one of the 23 players of the new Japanese under-20 national team.

Yukimiya is tall, with a slender, slightly muscular build. He has orange eyes and brown hair styled in a distinctive way. Outside of matches, he wears it straight and neatly combed, while during games it looks more disheveled and rebellious. In his daily life, he wears round glasses, but on the field, he uses special windproof goggles to protect his deteriorating eyesight.

During the Second Selection, he wore the number 23 jersey of Team Red, and during the Third Selection, the number 23 jersey of Team C. When the Japan National Team Match begins, he puts on the official Blue Lock uniform with the number 5 jersey.

Yukimiya is very confident in his own abilities, declaring himself the strongest player in Japan in one-on-one duels. He also possesses a kind and charismatic personality and seems to make friends easily, such as Seishiro Nagi, Jyubei Aryu, and Tabito Karasu. Yukimiya also enjoys teasing even his opponents, demonstrating his playful nature.

Yukimiya claims to be a pacifist, which is part of his ego, as he believes the easiest and most peaceful way to score would be to do it himself. Like most of the Blue Lock forwards, Yukimiya aspires to be the best striker in the world. He's jealous of Isagi, who has become Bastard München's star player while he's been sidelined. Despite his condition, he wants to achieve that dream. Yukimiya has a particular vision of how to become the best in the world because of his weakness. He wants to overcome this obstacle and prove his worth.

He is Catholic and grew up hearing that homosexuality was a sin, so now he believes that.

His given name, Kenyu (, Kenyu?)剣けん優ゆう, means "an excellent sword", "elegant sword", or "gentle sword".
Ken ( , Ken ? )剣けん means "a sword" or "blade", in particular, "long double-edged swords".
Yu ( , Yu ? )優ゆう contains a variety of meanings, such as "excellence", "gentleness", "cordiality", "elegance" and "skill".
His first name should not be confused with that of Kenya, a country in East Africa.
